【摘要】：闡述神華崗位標準作業(yè)流程及風(fēng)險預(yù)控管理體系的內(nèi)涵及核心,崗位標準作業(yè)流程與風(fēng)險預(yù)控管理體系的有效結(jié)合,牢固構(gòu)筑了安全生產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ),同時提高了管理素質(zhì),創(chuàng)新了管理方法,大幅度減少了"三違",提高了安全生產(chǎn)保障水平。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the connotation and core of Shenhua post standard operating process and risk pre-control management system, and the effective combination of post standard operating process and risk pre-control management system, which has firmly established the foundation of safety production and improved the management quality at the same time. Innovation of management methods, greatly reduce the "three violations", improve the level of safety in production.
