【摘要】：當前,事業(yè)單位分類改革的大形勢下,近六成地勘單位都選擇劃為公益二類事業(yè)單位。本文對公益二類地勘單位發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了簡要介紹,從地質工作能力、社會服務能力、人才隊伍能力、資產(chǎn)與技術裝備能力、經(jīng)營管理能力、領導班子能力等六個方面出發(fā),構建了公益二類地勘單位發(fā)展能力評價指標體系,運用層次分析法測算各級指標權重及排序。該指標體系反映了我國公益二類地勘單位的發(fā)展能力水平,為地勘單位改革發(fā)展指出了方向,為地勘行業(yè)管理部門及地勘單位決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:At present, nearly 60% of geological prospecting units are classified as public welfare II institutions under the situation of classification reform of public institutions. This paper briefly introduces the present situation of the development of the second class geological prospecting units, starting from six aspects: the ability of geological work, the ability of social service, the ability of talent team, the ability of assets and technical equipment, the ability of management and management, the ability of leading group, etc. The evaluation index system of the development ability of the second class geological prospecting units of public welfare is constructed, and the weight and ranking of indexes at all levels are calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The index system reflects the level of development ability of the second class geological prospecting units in China, points out the direction for the reform and development of geological prospecting units, and provides a reference for the decision-making of geological prospecting industry management departments and geological prospecting units.
