近距離煤層采空區(qū)下工作面礦壓規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:本文結合朔州山陰縣南陽坡煤礦工程地質條件,針對近距離煤層開采過程中采空區(qū)下綜放工作面出現(xiàn)的巷道圍巖變形嚴重的問題,運用理論分析、數(shù)值模擬、現(xiàn)場工程實踐相結合的綜合研究方法,對回采工作面巷道兩幫側向壓力分布及下煤層巷道支護設計進行了研究。 利用巖層質量指數(shù)法,對頂板巖層每一層進行巖層完整性和堅硬程度評價,得出下層煤綜放面上覆直接頂最終垮落并填滿采空區(qū);基于傳統(tǒng)礦壓理論,計算得出直接頂?shù)目迓涓叨葹?3.7m,老頂來壓當量為893kPa,根據(jù)老頂分級指標,確定老頂?shù)燃墳棰窦?老頂來壓顯現(xiàn)不明顯;基于結構穩(wěn)定性指數(shù),對巷道圍巖進行分類,由于4105運輸順槽受構造及上煤層開采影響,巷道屬于中等穩(wěn)定。 根據(jù)FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬結果,得出4105運輸順槽變形受3-2煤開采支承高壓力、區(qū)段煤柱尺寸不合理造成的側向壓力影響,將4107回風順槽的區(qū)段煤柱從46m改為38m,能夠有效降低3-2煤開采支承高壓力影響,3-2煤開采后,滯后60m左右覆巖停止運動,故下層煤可滯后3-2煤工作面60m開始割煤。如果考慮構造影響(根據(jù)現(xiàn)場應力及表面位移觀測),在合理的近距離采場布局情況下,應滯后120m開采4-1煤。 根據(jù)覆巖運動規(guī)律,建立了“頂煤+直接頂巖層+垮落帶巖層”結構模型,通過理論計算,得出下層煤綜放支架合理工作阻力應不小于9690KN,所選液壓支架額定工作阻力為10000KN,因此,正常來壓時,依靠支架可以保證工作面的支護安全。為了改善巷道變形嚴重的問題,對巷道支護設計進行了優(yōu)化,分別對穩(wěn)定性圍巖及非穩(wěn)定性圍巖兩種情況下的支護進行了設計;現(xiàn)場觀測表明,對巷道支護進行優(yōu)化設計后,巷道圍巖變形量變小,錨桿、錨索工作載荷均能達到合理值,能夠保證回采巷道的穩(wěn)定性,說明經(jīng)過優(yōu)化設計的巷道支護方案可以滿足現(xiàn)場要求。
[Abstract]:Combined with the engineering geological conditions of Nanyang slope coal mine in Shanyin County of Shuozhou, aiming at the serious deformation of surrounding rock of roadway under fully mechanized caving face under goaf in close distance coal seam mining process, this paper applies theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Based on the comprehensive research method of field engineering practice, the lateral pressure distribution of two sides of roadway and the support design of roadway in lower coal seam are studied. By using the method of strata quality index, this paper evaluates the integrity and hardness of each layer of roof rock, and concludes that the top directly overlying top of fully mechanized caving face of the lower coal will eventually collapse and fill up the goaf, which is based on the traditional theory of rock pressure. The calculation shows that the collapse height of the direct roof is 23.7m, the equivalent of the main roof pressure is 893kPa.According to the index of the classification of the main roof, it is determined that the grade of the main roof is grade 鈪,
