【摘要】：露天煤礦高臺階拋擲爆破效果直接影響著吊斗鏟倒堆剝離工效和成本。以黑岱溝露天煤礦現(xiàn)場為原型,通過數(shù)值模擬的方法,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序建立了有限元分析單元模型,模擬計算了高臺階拋擲爆破過程。通過對高臺階對稱坡面和不同高度位置處拋擲速度進行監(jiān)測,系統(tǒng)研究分析了爆破過程中速度場隨時間衰減變化規(guī)律及分布特征。分析表明,數(shù)值模擬計算與實驗觀測結(jié)果吻合性較好;巖體在爆炸作用下,高臺階坡面速度隨時間呈現(xiàn)加速、準勻速和衰減3個不同的發(fā)展階段;受端頭效益影響,對稱面上的單元速度隨裝藥位置呈現(xiàn)D形分布,速度峰值Vymax沿X軸臺階走向符合Sigmoidal曲線衰減規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The blasting effect of high step throwing in opencast coal mine directly affects the stripping efficiency and cost of bucket shovel. Taking Heidaigou opencast coal mine as the prototype, the finite element analysis element model was established by using ANSYS- LS-DYNA program by numerical simulation, and the blasting process of high step throwing was simulated and calculated. By monitoring the throwing velocity on the symmetrical slope of high step and at different height, the variation law and distribution characteristics of velocity field attenuation with time during blasting are studied and analyzed systematically. The analysis shows that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental observation results, that the slope velocity of high step slope accelerates with time, quasi-uniform velocity and attenuation are three different stages of development under the action of explosion, and is affected by the end benefit. The velocity of the unit on the symmetrical surface shows D shape distribution with the charge position, and the peak velocity Vymax follows the sigmoidal curve attenuation law along the step of the X axis.
