熱提質(zhì)褐煤預氧化后自燃特性變化及其自由基原位分析

【摘要】:針對不同溫度熱提質(zhì)褐煤新鮮樣及其自然環(huán)境中儲存一定時間后的預氧化樣,利用訂制的自燃測定實驗裝置測得各樣品的自燃傾向性差異,采用X-band電子自旋共振波譜儀進行自由基動態(tài)原位分析,研究預氧化對熱提質(zhì)褐煤自燃特性的影響。結(jié)果表明,熱提質(zhì)溫度升高,新鮮樣的自燃傾向性降低。但隨著儲存時間延長,105~500℃熱提質(zhì)褐煤發(fā)生預氧化,自燃傾向性不同程度地增加,400℃熱提質(zhì)后的預氧化樣與原煤一樣易自燃。在自燃氧化過程中,與新鮮樣不同,預氧化樣的吸氧量增加,自由基濃度也增加。預氧化不僅使熱提質(zhì)褐煤自由基增加;且在自燃的加速氧化階段后期,不斷產(chǎn)生自由基,維持氧化自熱升溫。而400℃熱提質(zhì)褐煤新鮮樣在自燃氧化初期消耗大量小分子自由基,損失達80%,因不能持續(xù)產(chǎn)生活性自由基難以維持自燃氧化反應進行。
[Abstract]:In view of the preoxidation samples of fresh lignite samples at different temperatures and their natural environment after storage for a certain time, the self-ignition tendency of each sample was measured by using a self-ignition experimental device. The effect of preoxidation on the spontaneous combustion of heat-extracted lignite was studied by using X-band electron spin resonance spectrometer. The results showed that the autoignition tendency of the fresh samples decreased with the increase of the temperature. However, with the prolongation of storage time, preoxidation occurs at 500 鈩,
