【摘要】：檸條塔礦是陜北礦區(qū)年產(chǎn)千萬噸煤的現(xiàn)代化礦井,由于該礦煤層埋藏較淺,煤炭開采過程中極易形成地表塌陷,造成地表向采空區(qū)漏風(fēng),一旦發(fā)生煤層自燃,將對礦井安全生產(chǎn)構(gòu)成威脅,造成十分嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟損失。為此,本論文研究檸條塔采空區(qū)漏風(fēng)規(guī)律,為有效預(yù)防檸條塔礦煤層自然發(fā)火,起到很好的保駕護航作用。本論文采用理論分析、數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場實驗觀測相結(jié)合的方法,對檸條塔煤礦2-2煤層綜采工作面采空區(qū)地表漏風(fēng)規(guī)律進行研究。首先現(xiàn)場實際觀測采煤工作面開采后形成的裂隙特點,利用六氟化硫測定地表單裂隙漏風(fēng)規(guī)律,通過埋設(shè)布點測定氣體濃度分布,分析地表裂隙漏風(fēng)規(guī)律。分析空氣滲流流動的數(shù)學(xué)模型,定量分析井上、下滲流規(guī)律;應(yīng)用CFD軟件Fluent開展采空區(qū)漏風(fēng)規(guī)律的數(shù)值模擬研究,進一步對采空區(qū)漏風(fēng)規(guī)律進行分析;最終得出檸條塔淺埋煤層大采高綜采工作面采空區(qū)漏風(fēng)規(guī)律,對于陜北礦區(qū)其他類似條件的礦井防止采空區(qū)遺煤自燃、確保礦井安全生產(chǎn)有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Caragana Tower Mine is a modern coal mine in northern Shaanxi, which produces ten million tons of coal a year. Because the coal seam in this mine is relatively shallow, it is easy to form a surface collapse in the coal mining process, resulting in air leakage from the surface to the goaf, and once the coal seam spontaneous combustion occurs, Will pose a threat to mine safety production, resulting in very serious economic losses. Therefore, this paper studies the law of air leakage in Caragana Tower goaf, which can effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal seams in Caragana Tower Mine and play a good role in protecting and escorting coal seams. This paper adopts the method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field experiment observation to study the law of surface air leakage in the goaf of 2-2 coal seam fully mechanized coal face of Caragana Coal Mine. Firstly, the characteristics of cracks formed in coal mining face were observed, and the air leakage law of the form fractures was measured by sulfur hexafluoride, and the gas concentration distribution was measured by laying points, and the air leakage law of surface cracks was analyzed. The mathematical model of air seepage flow is analyzed and the seepage law of upper and lower wells is quantitatively analyzed. The numerical simulation of air leakage in goaf is carried out by CFD software fluent to further analyze the law of air leakage in goaf. Finally, it is concluded that the law of air leakage in the goaf of the fully mechanized mining face with large mining height in shallow buried coal seam of Caragana Tower is of certain reference significance for preventing the spontaneous combustion of the coal left in the goaf and ensuring the safe production of the mine in other similar conditions in the mining area of northern Shaanxi Province.
