基于全壽命周期的刮板輸送機(jī)可靠性工程平臺建設(shè)

【摘要】:刮板輸送機(jī)是煤礦綜采工作面的運(yùn)輸設(shè)備,也是滾筒采煤機(jī)沿工作面往返運(yùn)行的軌道,同時也是液壓支架移動的支點(diǎn),其性能的好壞直接影響著煤炭企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及其礦井生產(chǎn)的自動化與智能化水平。然而,刮板輸送機(jī)的工作條件惡劣、負(fù)載波動大、工況復(fù)雜多變,,導(dǎo)致失效率很高。從上世紀(jì)60年代起,我國刮板輸送機(jī)已經(jīng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)系列化生產(chǎn),然而在使用壽命和可靠性方面,與國外先進(jìn)水平之間還存在著很大的差距。因此,有必要研究與討論刮板輸送機(jī)的可靠性,以提高其可靠性水平和延長使用壽命。 本課題首先運(yùn)用可靠性相關(guān)技術(shù),對刮板輸送機(jī)上的刮板鏈、液力耦合器等關(guān)鍵零部件進(jìn)行了FTA分析、FMECA分析以及FRACAS分析。其次,以全壽命周期理論為基礎(chǔ),闡述了刮板輸送機(jī)從前期的設(shè)計、制造,到安裝、調(diào)試運(yùn)行和使用維護(hù),直到后期進(jìn)入壽命終期報廢的整個過程。最后,運(yùn)用Visual Studio2010軟件、SQL Server2008軟件和計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),構(gòu)建了刮板輸送機(jī)可靠性工程管理平臺。 本文通過對刮板鏈、液力耦合器進(jìn)行可靠性分析,得到了影響其可靠性的主要制約因素,提出了保障性措施,提高了刮板鏈、液力耦合器等關(guān)鍵零部件及其整機(jī)的可靠性水平。其次,將全壽命周期理論運(yùn)用到刮板輸送機(jī)的生產(chǎn)管理和使用管理過程中。最后,構(gòu)建了刮板輸送機(jī)可靠性工程管理平臺,該平臺包括采購信息、生產(chǎn)信息、維修報廢信息、FMECA分析表等可靠性信息,方便進(jìn)行可靠性分析和數(shù)據(jù)管理,同時能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)信息的查詢、添加和刪除,資料下載與打印,給刮板輸送機(jī)制造和使用企業(yè)實(shí)施可靠性管理提供了平臺。
[Abstract]:Scraper conveyer is the transportation equipment of fully mechanized coal mining face in coal mine, is also the track of roller shearer running along the working face, and is also the fulcrum of hydraulic support movement. The quality of its performance directly affects the economic benefits of coal enterprises and the level of automation and intelligence of mine production. However, the working conditions of scraper conveyor are very bad, the load fluctuates greatly and the working condition is complex and changeable, which results in high failure rate. Since the 1960s, Chinese scraper conveyor has been able to realize serial production. However, there is still a big gap between the service life and reliability of scraper conveyor and foreign advanced level. Therefore, it is necessary to study and discuss the reliability of scraper conveyor in order to improve its reliability level and prolong its service life. FTA analysis, FMECA analysis and fracas analysis are carried out for key components such as hydraulic coupler. Secondly, based on the theory of whole life cycle, the whole process of scraper conveyor from design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and maintenance to the end of life is expounded. Finally, the reliability engineering management platform of scraper conveyor is constructed by using Visual Studio 2010 software / SQL Server 2008 software and computer network technology. The reliability analysis of scraper chain and hydraulic coupler is carried out in this paper. The main restricting factors affecting its reliability are obtained, and the supporting measures are put forward to improve the reliability level of the key parts such as scraper chain, hydraulic coupler and the whole machine. Secondly, the whole life cycle theory is applied to the production management and use management of scraper conveyor. Finally, the reliability engineering management platform of scraper conveyor is constructed, which includes the reliability information such as purchasing information, production information, maintenance information and FMECA analysis table, which is convenient for reliability analysis and data management. At the same time, it can realize information query, add and delete, download and print information, and provide a platform for manufacturing and using scraper conveyor to implement reliability management.
