礦用電機驅(qū)動變頻器電磁兼容及其安全性關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著煤礦電氣設(shè)備,敏感電子儀器的不斷增多,井下電氣設(shè)備的諧波傳導(dǎo)干擾及輻射干擾等問題的研究變得越來越重要,但目前相關(guān)的研究工作還很不夠深入,尤其是對于主要電磁干擾源礦用變頻器的研究還很不足,相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范還不夠完整,這嚴(yán)重制約著煤礦電氣設(shè)備技術(shù)升級,更新?lián)Q代的腳步。 本文圍繞礦用變頻器在使用時帶來的電磁兼容性問題,對目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于礦用變頻器的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及研究成果進行了綜述,基于前人的研究成果對礦用變頻器的主回路諧波進行了補充性的理論和仿真實驗研究,并對目前常用的一些濾波措施進行了探討和設(shè)計。其中諧波方面主要基于雙重傅里葉分析方法對目前常用的SPWM和SVPWM兩種類型礦用變頻器的輸出差模電壓進行了諧波頻譜分析,揭示了輸出側(cè)諧波在載波帶和基波帶的分布規(guī)律。為分析輸出諧波對礦用電機安全運行的影響,建立了礦用異步電機的等效電路模型,研究了變頻器輸出側(cè)高次諧波對異步電機的轉(zhuǎn)矩特性的影響。通過對礦用變頻器中常用的晶閘管、二極管和PWM整流結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)側(cè)電壓和電流進行諧波比較,分析了礦用變頻器整流部分四象限改造對于改善其諧波性能的必要性,并在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上對PWM四象限整流器網(wǎng)側(cè)諧波進行了研究,結(jié)合頻譜分析結(jié)果對雙PWM變頻器網(wǎng)側(cè)電感進行了參數(shù)設(shè)計和仿真實驗分析,為減小對變頻器與煤礦電網(wǎng)之間的相互干擾,提出了在網(wǎng)側(cè)加裝隔離變壓器進行電氣隔離的建議。 為提高礦用變頻器的抗干擾性,減小其漏電給人員操作帶來的不安全因素,其控制系統(tǒng)、主回路及外殼一般都需要采取良好的接地措施,本文針對傳輸線及外殼安全接地和電磁兼容接地兩方面對礦用變頻器的接地措施進行了研究和分析,通過這些措施可以很好的減小變頻器在電磁兼容方面的維護成本,提高其運行時的安全可靠性。礦用變頻器作為一種在爆炸危險性環(huán)境中使用的電氣設(shè)備,一般都裝有隔爆外殼,廠商在設(shè)計隔爆外殼的過程中,一般僅考慮其在抗壓和隔爆等方面的性能,但對隔爆外殼在電磁輻射屏蔽方面的所起的作用考慮的較少,而礦用變頻器隔爆外殼一般都會存在孔縫,這就給電磁輻射的泄漏帶來了途徑,本文通過建立理論和仿真模型,,研究了屏蔽體對高頻電磁輻射的屏蔽效應(yīng),針對隔爆外殼孔縫密封措施提出了一些建議,對隔爆外殼的設(shè)計起到了一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of electrical equipment and sensitive electronic instruments in coal mine, the research on harmonic conduction interference and radiation interference of underground electrical equipment becomes more and more important, but the related research work is not deep enough. Especially for the main electromagnetic interference source mine frequency converter research is still very insufficient, related standards and specifications are not complete, which seriously restricts the technical upgrading of coal mine electrical equipment, the pace of upgrading. This paper summarizes the industry standards and research results of mining frequency converters at home and abroad, focusing on the problems of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) brought about by the use of mine frequency converters. Based on the previous research results, this paper makes a supplementary theoretical and simulation study on the harmonic of the main loop of the mine frequency converter, and discusses and designs some commonly used filtering measures. In the aspect of harmonics, the harmonic spectrum analysis of the output differential mode voltage of two types of mine frequency converters, SPWM and SVPWM, is carried out based on the method of double Fourier analysis, and the distribution of the output side harmonics in the carrier band and the fundamental band is revealed. In order to analyze the influence of output harmonic on the safe operation of mine motor, the equivalent circuit model of mine asynchronous motor is established, and the influence of high order harmonic on the torque characteristic of induction motor is studied. By comparing the voltage and current of thyristor, diode and PWM rectifier, the necessity of improving the harmonic performance of the rectified part of mine inverter is analyzed. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the harmonic on the grid side of PWM four-quadrant rectifier is studied, and the parameter design and simulation experiment of the inductance of double PWM converter are carried out in combination with the result of spectrum analysis. In order to reduce the mutual interference between frequency converter and coal mine power network, the suggestion of installing isolating transformer on the grid side for electrical isolation is put forward. In order to improve the anti-interference of mine frequency converter and reduce the unsafe factors brought about by the leakage of electric current, it is necessary to take good grounding measures for its control system, main circuit and shell. In this paper, the grounding measures of mine frequency converter are studied and analyzed in terms of transmission line and shell safe grounding and electromagnetic compatibility grounding. Through these measures, the maintenance cost of frequency converter in electromagnetic compatibility can be reduced very well. Improve the safety and reliability of its running time. As a kind of electrical equipment used in explosive dangerous environment, mine frequency converter is usually equipped with flameproof casing. In the process of designing flameproof shell, the manufacturer generally only considers its performance in the aspects of pressure resistance and flameproof. However, the effect of flameproof shell on electromagnetic radiation shielding is less considered, while the flameproof shell of mine frequency converter usually has holes, which brings a way to the leakage of electromagnetic radiation. In this paper, a theoretical and simulation model is established. The shielding effect of shield on high frequency electromagnetic radiation is studied, and some suggestions are put forward for the sealing measures of flameproof shell hole, which plays a certain guiding role in the design of flameproof shell.
