銅冶煉渣硫酸浸出回收銅試驗研究

【摘要】:以硫酸溶液為浸出劑,采用常壓氧化浸出法處理銅冶煉渣以回收渣中有價金屬銅?疾炝私鰷囟,浸出時間,硫酸濃度,浸出液固比,氧化劑(雙氧水)添加量對銅浸出率的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:在未加入氧化劑時,主要發(fā)生的是銅氧化物的簡單酸溶反應(yīng),硫化銅幾乎不溶于浸出液,因此銅浸出率很低;而隨著氧化劑添加量的增加硫化銅被氧化浸出,因此銅浸出率增加很明顯。此外,銅浸出率隨著浸出溫度,浸出時間和浸出液固比的增大而增大。浸出過程最佳的條件為:浸出溫度70℃,時間180 min,硫酸濃度2 mol/L,液固比8∶1,氧化劑(雙氧水)添加量400 m L/kg。銅浸出率可達到91.2%。通過對浸出渣XRD和SEM-EDS分析可得浸出渣中主要的礦物為磁鐵礦。在磁場為2T的條件下,浸出渣磁選可以得到品位53.15%的鐵精礦。
[Abstract]:Copper smelting slag was treated with sulfuric acid solution as leaching agent and oxidized leaching method at atmospheric pressure to recover valuable metal copper from slag. The effects of leaching temperature, leaching time, sulfuric acid concentration, leaching liquid-solid ratio and the amount of oxidant (hydrogen peroxide) on the leaching rate of copper were investigated. The results show that the simple acid dissolution reaction of copper oxide occurs without adding oxidant, and copper sulfide is almost insoluble in leaching solution, so the leaching rate of copper is very low, but with the increase of oxidant content, copper sulfide is oxidized and leached. Therefore, the copper leaching rate increased obviously. In addition, the copper leaching rate increases with the increase of leaching temperature, leaching time and leaching liquid / solid ratio.
