露天轉(zhuǎn)地下井工開采對(duì)邊坡穩(wěn)定性的影響評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:一般情況下,在地下開采影響范圍內(nèi),無論地下采取與邊坡體之間的相對(duì)空間位置關(guān)系如何,,只要有地下開采的擾動(dòng)作用,邊坡的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)都要受到影響。邊坡穩(wěn)定與否的最終結(jié)果是受地下與露天開采的共同作用,需要解決的主要難點(diǎn)是如何考慮露井聯(lián)合開采作用下邊坡巖體的破壞機(jī)制和如何評(píng)價(jià)計(jì)算的問題。 本文針對(duì)地下開采誘發(fā)地下開采工作面前方的滑坡的影響及其安全措施進(jìn)行研究,通過采用FLACD3D數(shù)值模擬的方法,分析不同的開采推進(jìn)順序,研究其對(duì)邊坡巖體變形規(guī)律的影響,分析邊坡巖體位移和應(yīng)力的變化特征,進(jìn)而確定最佳的開采方式。得出的結(jié)論:順坡開采對(duì)邊坡的穩(wěn)定更有利,因此,采用沿工作面順坡開采的推進(jìn)順序。合理方案的確定是通過采用放坡減載、抗滑樁加固、預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索加固三種方式對(duì)比分析,采用不同的邊坡角、安全平臺(tái)寬度,采用安全系數(shù)和工程造價(jià)對(duì)比分析得出最優(yōu)方案。由于減載量的不同得出的減載費(fèi)用也相差很大,抗滑樁加固和預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索加固雖然也能滿足邊坡穩(wěn)定性的要求,但其加固費(fèi)用遠(yuǎn)大于減載的費(fèi)用,減載方案既滿足了邊坡穩(wěn)定性的要求,同時(shí)減載的費(fèi)用相對(duì)較低。因此選用放坡減載的方案。以便在地下動(dòng)態(tài)開采過程中能夠最大限度減少治理費(fèi)用,又能最大限度地回收煤炭資源。
[Abstract]:In general, under the influence of underground mining, no matter how the relative spatial position relationship between underground and slope is taken, the stability of the slope will be affected by the disturbance of underground mining. The final result of the slope stability is the joint action of underground and exposed mining and the main difficulties that need to be solved. How to consider the failure mechanism of slope rock under combined action of open pit and how to evaluate and calculate it?
In this paper, the effects of underground mining on the landslides in the front of underground mining face and its safety measures are studied. By using the method of FLACD3D numerical simulation, the influence of different mining advance sequence is analyzed, the influence on the deformation law of slope rock mass is studied, the variation characteristics of the rock mass displacement and stress are analyzed, and the best one is determined. The conclusion is that the slope mining is more favorable to the stability of the slope. Therefore, the rational scheme is determined by the comparison and analysis of three ways by adopting slope reduction, anti slide pile reinforcement and prestressed anchor cable reinforcement, using the different slope angle, the safety platform width and the safety factor. Compared with the project cost, the optimal scheme is obtained. As the load reduction cost of load reducing is very different, the reinforcement of anti slide pile and the reinforcement of prestressed anchor cable can meet the requirements of slope stability, but the cost of reinforcement is far greater than the cost of load reduction. The load reduction scheme not only satisfies the requirements of slope stability, but also costs the cost of the load reduction. It is relatively low in use. Therefore, the scheme of slope reduction is chosen to minimize the cost of treatment in the process of underground dynamic mining and to maximize the recovery of coal resources.
