【摘要】：某釩鈦磁鐵礦含TFe16.43%、TiO_2 4.70%,屬表外礦。礦石組成復(fù)雜,金屬礦物主要為鈦鐵礦、鈦磁鐵礦,脈石礦物主要為輝石、斜長(zhǎng)石、角閃石和橄欖石。針對(duì)礦石性質(zhì),采用預(yù)分選-階段磨選流程選鈦,獲得了TFe品位57.58%,TFe回收率60.42%的鐵精礦產(chǎn)品;選鐵尾礦采用強(qiáng)磁-浮選流程選鈦,獲得了TiO_2 品位46.23%,浮選作業(yè)回收率71.24%的鈦精礦產(chǎn)品,實(shí)現(xiàn)了原礦中鐵、鈦的較好回收。
[Abstract]:A vanadium and titanium magnetite consists of TFe16.43%, TiO_2 4.70% and out of the surface ore. The ore composition is complex, the metal minerals are mainly ilmenite, titanium magnetite and gangue minerals are mainly pyroxene, plagioclase, hornblende and olivine. According to the ore properties, the pre separation stage grinding process was used to obtain the iron concentrate of 57.58% TFe and 60.42% TFe recovery rate. In the iron tailings, the titanium concentrates with TiO_2 grade of 46.23% and 71.24% of the flotation recovery rate are obtained by using the strong magnetic flotation process to select titanium. The good recovery of iron and titanium in the raw ore is realized.
