淺埋煤層松軟頂板綜放采場(chǎng)覆巖運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:伊犁四礦作為伊寧礦區(qū)主要礦井,煤層賦存兼具“埋深淺,巖層軟”的特點(diǎn)。本文以四礦21105首采面為研究對(duì)象,在廣泛收集資料的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)理論分析對(duì)采場(chǎng)圍巖進(jìn)行分類(lèi)及評(píng)價(jià)。根據(jù)分類(lèi)及評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果并結(jié)合采場(chǎng)覆巖運(yùn)動(dòng)的研究成果,建立了淺埋煤層松軟頂板采場(chǎng)覆巖運(yùn)動(dòng)模型。在對(duì)模型理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,得出覆巖運(yùn)動(dòng)的基本規(guī)律,并通過(guò)物理實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。 研究表明,21105面的圍巖分級(jí)為V級(jí),巖性軟且?guī)r體破碎,易冒落、崩解。依據(jù)圍巖特點(diǎn)及覆巖運(yùn)動(dòng)一般規(guī)律建立的采場(chǎng)覆巖結(jié)構(gòu)模型,將采場(chǎng)縱向分為散體結(jié)構(gòu)帶;拱梁結(jié)構(gòu)帶;裂縫帶。橫向分為裂隙發(fā)育區(qū);類(lèi)拱支撐區(qū);重新壓實(shí)區(qū)。理論計(jì)算確定了采場(chǎng)來(lái)壓步距、直接頂各基本頂高度等采場(chǎng)基本運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)。經(jīng)過(guò)大量試塊反復(fù)試驗(yàn),確定了軟巖強(qiáng)度相似配比,物理實(shí)驗(yàn)得出的采場(chǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)及覆巖結(jié)構(gòu)與理論分析結(jié)果基本一致。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,淺埋松散條件下,采空區(qū)充填較充分采場(chǎng)來(lái)壓強(qiáng)度緩和,上覆巖層中依然會(huì)有關(guān)鍵層存在,關(guān)鍵層失穩(wěn)是造成工作來(lái)突然來(lái)壓的原因,來(lái)壓強(qiáng)度劇烈,破斷裂隙直接波及地表。研究對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)采場(chǎng)突然來(lái)壓及頂板管理具有指導(dǎo)意義和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As the main mine in Yining mining area, Yili No.4 Mine has the characteristics of "buried depth and soft rock layer". This paper takes 21105 mining faces of four mines as the research object, on the basis of widely collecting data, classifies and evaluates the surrounding rock of stope by theoretical analysis. According to the classification and evaluation results and combined with the research results of overlying rock movement in the stope, a model of overlying rock movement in soft roof stope of shallow coal seam is established. Based on the theoretical analysis of the model, the basic law of overburden movement is obtained and verified by physical experiments. The study shows that the surrounding rock on the surface of Ni 21105 is classified as V grade, with soft lithology, broken rock mass, easy to fall and collapse. According to the characteristics of surrounding rock and the general law of overburden movement, the stope overburden structure model is established, and the longitudinally divided stope into loose structure zone, arch beam structural zone and fracture zone. Transverse is divided into fracture development area; arch-like support area; re-compaction area. The basic movement parameters of stope are determined by theoretical calculation. The similar ratio of soft rock strength has been determined by repeated tests of a large number of test blocks. The stope motion parameters and overburden structure obtained by physical experiments are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis results. The experimental results show that under the condition of shallow and loose burying, the pressure intensity of goaf filling is moderate, and the key layer will still exist in the overlying rock stratum. The instability of the key layer is the cause of sudden pressure coming from work, and the intensity of pressure coming from work is sharp. Fracture fissures spread directly to the surface of the earth. The study is of guiding significance and reference value for prediction of sudden stope pressure and roof management.
