虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境下液壓支架部件無縫聯(lián)動(dòng)方法研究

【摘要】:目前在液壓支架的虛擬仿真過程中對(duì)四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)、頂梁和立柱之間的聯(lián)動(dòng)還缺乏比較有效的表達(dá)方法。針對(duì)這種情況,提出了一種基于解析法與虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)相結(jié)合的液壓支架部件無縫聯(lián)動(dòng)方法。首先根據(jù)某型號(hào)液壓支架進(jìn)行UG建模并進(jìn)行模型修補(bǔ),運(yùn)用解析法對(duì)關(guān)鍵尺寸進(jìn)行姿態(tài)解算。之后導(dǎo)入U(xiǎn)nity3d中建立"父子"關(guān)系,并在C#環(huán)境下進(jìn)行協(xié)同聯(lián)動(dòng)程序編寫,建立基于有限狀態(tài)機(jī)理論的運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)任務(wù)與關(guān)系,同時(shí)建立GUI界面與虛擬手操作兩種交互方法。最后進(jìn)行實(shí)際應(yīng)用和測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了無縫聯(lián)動(dòng)方法的可行性和有效性,為液壓支架的聯(lián)動(dòng)仿真和基于3D的虛擬狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)及控制提供理論支撐和應(yīng)用實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:At present, in the virtual simulation of hydraulic support, there is a lack of effective expression method for the linkage between the four-bar mechanism, the top beam and the column. In view of this situation, a seamless linkage method of hydraulic support components based on analytic method and virtual reality technology is proposed. Firstly, the UG model is built according to a certain type of hydraulic support and the model is repaired, and the key dimensions are calculated by the analytical method. Then we import Unity3d to establish the "father-son" relationship, and develop the cooperative linkage program in C # environment, and establish the task and relationship of motion state based on finite state machine theory. At the same time, we establish two interactive methods of GUI interface and virtual hand operation. Finally, practical application and test are carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the seamless linkage method, which provides theoretical support and application practice for the linkage simulation of hydraulic support and 3D based virtual state monitoring and control.
