伊泰集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展和變遷,人類經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)對(duì)資源的需求和依賴程度越來越高。這就導(dǎo)致資源與環(huán)境這樣的對(duì)立矛盾越發(fā)尖銳,人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展的未來受到了嚴(yán)重的挑戰(zhàn)。為人類社會(huì)發(fā)展尋找出一條可持續(xù)、環(huán)境優(yōu)化的發(fā)展新思路,使資源與環(huán)境的發(fā)展矛盾不再對(duì)立,人們的生活水平和環(huán)境優(yōu)化可以持續(xù),這已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前全球各個(gè)國家所普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。煤炭資源是寶貴的不可再生資源,世界工業(yè)革命都是依賴煤炭資源進(jìn)行推動(dòng)的,煤炭工業(yè)企業(yè)自新中國成立以來為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、社會(huì)事業(yè)發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)?梢哉f,當(dāng)今世界發(fā)展格局來看,煤炭能源仍然是世界主導(dǎo)能源之一,長時(shí)間內(nèi)的重要地位是其他能源所無法取代的。我國煤炭企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展關(guān)乎到我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展前途,關(guān)乎我國能源安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)安全。2012年是煤炭行業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),煤炭行業(yè)的“黃金時(shí)代”就此落幕,發(fā)展逐漸陷入困境,主要經(jīng)營指標(biāo)均呈現(xiàn)下滑態(tài)勢,企業(yè)利潤大幅銳減,甚至出現(xiàn)全行業(yè)虧損面超過90%的局面。2016年國務(wù)院出臺(tái)了煤炭行業(yè)“去產(chǎn)能”政策,未來3-5年減少煤炭產(chǎn)量和煤礦數(shù)量。因此,對(duì)于煤炭企業(yè)來說,如何積極的面對(duì)活力逐漸降低的市場,又當(dāng)如何及時(shí)止損提升利潤是現(xiàn)在所面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)。在積極調(diào)升自身發(fā)展的同時(shí),更要兼顧我國產(chǎn)能調(diào)整政策,主動(dòng)承擔(dān)市場調(diào)控責(zé)任,因此煤炭企業(yè)必須及時(shí)的調(diào)整自身市場發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合實(shí)際需要探索新的發(fā)展模式。本文以伊泰集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論等相關(guān)理論,對(duì)伊泰集團(tuán)所處的外部和內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳盡的分析,論述了伊泰集團(tuán)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過SWOT分析法對(duì)伊泰集團(tuán)進(jìn)行分析,找出企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中面臨外部的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅,自身內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,再結(jié)合企業(yè)的定位及發(fā)展目標(biāo),最終確定適合伊泰集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即以煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)為基礎(chǔ)的多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和一體化戰(zhàn)略,并提出了實(shí)施建議和保障措施。本文立足于伊泰集團(tuán)實(shí)際,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性,對(duì)伊泰集團(tuán)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)對(duì)其它大型煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定與實(shí)施提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the development and change of the times, the demand and dependence of human economy and society on resources are becoming higher and higher. As a result, the contradiction between resources and environment becomes more and more acute, and the future of human sustainable development is seriously challenged. To find a new way of sustainable and environmental optimization for the development of human society, so that the contradiction between the development of resources and the environment is no longer in opposition, people's living standards and environmental optimization can be sustainable. This has become the current global various countries are generally concerned about the hot issue. Coal resources are precious non-renewable resources, the world industrial revolution is driven by coal resources, coal industry enterprises have made great contributions to the economic construction and social development of our country since the founding of new China. It can be said that the current world development pattern, coal energy is still one of the world's leading energy, the important position in a long period of time can not be replaced by other energy. The healthy development of coal enterprises in China relates to the future of sustainable economic and social development, energy security and economic security of our country. 2012 was the turning point of the coal industry, and the "golden age" of the coal industry ended. Development has gradually fallen into difficulties, major business indicators have all shown a downward trend, profits of enterprises have fallen sharply, and even more than 90 percent of the industry has lost money. In 2016, the State Council issued a policy of "deproductivity" in the coal industry. Reduce coal production and coal production over the next 3-5 years. Therefore, for coal enterprises, how to actively face the declining vitality of the market, and how to stop the loss in time to improve profits is now an important challenge. At the same time, we should pay more attention to our country's production capacity adjustment policy and take the responsibility of market regulation and control. Therefore, coal enterprises must adjust their own market development strategy in time and explore new development model in combination with the actual needs. This paper takes the Yitai Group as the research object, uses the development strategy, the enterprise strategic management theory and so on related theories, has carried on the detailed analysis to the Itay group's external and internal environment, has discussed the Yitai group enterprise transformation, The necessity of industrial upgrading. On this basis, through the SWOT analysis to the Yitai Group analysis, find out the enterprise in the development process facing external opportunities and threats, their own internal strengths and weaknesses, and then combined with the positioning and development objectives of the enterprise. Finally, the development strategy suitable for Yitai Group is determined, that is, the diversified development strategy and integration strategy based on the coal industry, and puts forward some suggestions and safeguard measures. Based on the reality of Yitai Group, this paper has a strong practicality, which has a certain practical significance for the sustainable development of Yitai Group, and provides some references for the formulation and implementation of the development strategy of other large coal enterprises.
