綜采工作面支架與圍巖雙周期動(dòng)態(tài)作用機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:為揭示液壓支架與圍巖的動(dòng)態(tài)作用機(jī)理,將工作面開(kāi)采過(guò)程分為若干個(gè)頂板活動(dòng)周期,將每一個(gè)頂板活動(dòng)周期分為若干個(gè)采煤循環(huán)周期,在研究支架載荷變化特征的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合"砌體梁"理論、彈性基礎(chǔ)梁理論以及牛頓第二定律,提出了支架與圍巖在雙周期內(nèi)的動(dòng)態(tài)作用模型。在頂板活動(dòng)周期內(nèi),研究認(rèn)為"砌體梁"結(jié)構(gòu)中的關(guān)鍵塊A觸矸是判斷循環(huán)末阻力變化趨勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),關(guān)鍵塊A觸矸前循環(huán)末阻力逐漸增加,觸矸后逐漸減小。在采煤循環(huán)周期內(nèi),研究認(rèn)為"砌體梁"結(jié)構(gòu)主要由煤壁、液壓支架和采空區(qū)矸石組成的不同彈性模量支撐體共同承擔(dān),根據(jù)增阻特征的不同,將采煤循環(huán)內(nèi)支架與圍巖的作用過(guò)程分為給定變形和給定載荷兩個(gè)階段研究,提出了液壓支架動(dòng)態(tài)增阻函數(shù),認(rèn)為在給定變形階段液壓支架時(shí)間序列曲線符合對(duì)數(shù)函數(shù),在給定載荷階段符合指數(shù)函數(shù)。通過(guò)寺河礦及新元礦綜采工作面實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析,認(rèn)為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)與理論分析結(jié)果一致。以上研究成果可為頂板災(zāi)害預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)報(bào)及頂板巖層控制實(shí)踐提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the dynamic action mechanism of hydraulic support and surrounding rock, the mining process of working face is divided into several roof active cycles, and each roof active cycle is divided into several mining cycles. Based on the theory of "masonry beam", the theory of elastic foundation beam and Newton's second law, the dynamic action model of support and surrounding rock in double period is put forward. In the roof movement cycle, it is considered that the key block A in the masonry beam structure is the key node to judge the change trend of the resistance at the end of the cycle. The end resistance of the key block A increases gradually before and after the gangue contact, and decreases gradually after the touch of the gangue. During the cycle of coal mining, it is considered that the structure of masonry beam is mainly composed of different elastic modulus supports composed of coal wall, hydraulic support and gangue in goaf. The interaction process between support and surrounding rock in coal mining cycle is divided into two stages: given deformation and given load. The dynamic resistance increasing function of hydraulic support is proposed. It is considered that the time series curve of hydraulic support accords with logarithmic function at given deformation stage. The exponential function is fitted at the given loading stage. Through the analysis of the measured data of the fully mechanized mining face in Sihe Mine and Xinyuan Coal Mine, it is considered that the field measurement results are consistent with the theoretical analysis results. The above research results can provide reference for roof disaster prediction and roof strata control practice.
