【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)礦山井下清理鉆場(chǎng)中矸石的主要方式是依靠人力完成的。由于鉆場(chǎng)空間十分狹小,一般工程機(jī)械無(wú)法進(jìn)入進(jìn)行作業(yè)。這種人力清理方式十分耗時(shí)耗力,還直接制約了井下作業(yè)的自動(dòng)化。由于研制適合在鉆場(chǎng)作業(yè)的小型裝載機(jī)剛剛起步,因此對(duì)此裝置的液壓系統(tǒng)的研究具有十分重要的意義。本文參照某地下裝載機(jī)參數(shù),依據(jù)鉆場(chǎng)的實(shí)際工況,設(shè)計(jì)出煤礦井下鉆場(chǎng)小型裝載機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)小型裝載機(jī)在鉆場(chǎng)工作的工況,對(duì)液壓油缸、行走馬達(dá)、電機(jī)等元件進(jìn)行了參數(shù)計(jì)算,以此為依據(jù)對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)元件進(jìn)行了元件選型。對(duì)小型裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了泵站設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)了泵站的各個(gè)集成閥塊和油箱,將各部件裝配為液壓泵站。根據(jù)地下小型裝載機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)的控制要求,設(shè)計(jì)了此裝置的PLC控制系統(tǒng),并對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的硬件進(jìn)行了選型,輸入輸出口進(jìn)行分配,對(duì)PLC進(jìn)行了硬件選型和控制程序的編寫。在AMEsim軟件中建立了和地下小型裝載機(jī)相匹配的仿真模型,通過之前的計(jì)算得到的數(shù)據(jù),設(shè)置仿真參數(shù),對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了仿真,分析了各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的流量特性、壓力特性、油缸活塞桿的位移特性,仿真結(jié)果表明所設(shè)計(jì)的液壓系統(tǒng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,同時(shí)也為改善設(shè)計(jì)提供了必要的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:At present, the main way to clean up the gangue in the underground drilling yard in our country depends on manpower. Because drilling space is very narrow, general construction machinery can not enter the operation. This kind of manpower cleaning method is very time-consuming and labor-consuming, and directly restricts the automation of underground operation. Since the development of a small loader suitable for drilling operation is just beginning, it is of great significance to study the hydraulic system of this device. Referring to the parameters of a certain underground loader and according to the actual working conditions of the drilling yard, the hydraulic system of the small loader in the underground drilling yard of the coal mine is designed in this paper. According to the working condition of small loader in drilling field, the parameters of hydraulic cylinder, walking motor, motor and other components are calculated, based on which the components of hydraulic system are selected. The pump station of hydraulic system of small loader is designed. Each integrated valve block and oil tank of pump station are designed and the components are assembled into hydraulic pump station. According to the control requirements of hydraulic system of underground small loader, the PLC control system of this device is designed, and the hardware of the control system is selected, the input and output are distributed, and the hardware selection and control program are compiled for PLC. The simulation model matching with the underground small loader is established in AMEsim software. The simulation parameters are set up through the data obtained from the previous calculation, and the designed hydraulic system is simulated, and the flow characteristics of each subsystem are analyzed. The simulation results show that the hydraulic system meets the design requirements and provides necessary guidance for improving the design.
