【摘要】：隨著煤炭資源的長(zhǎng)期開采、采礦技術(shù)的進(jìn)步以及能源結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,近年來越來越多的煤礦面臨關(guān)閉或已關(guān)閉。目前針對(duì)廢棄煤礦采取的主要措施是礦山環(huán)境恢復(fù)治理,以致遺留許多社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)環(huán)境問題,且造成了礦區(qū)井上下資源的嚴(yán)重浪費(fèi)。因此,如何科學(xué)、高效地解決煤礦關(guān)閉后的資源利用問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)礦山的成功轉(zhuǎn)型利用,對(duì)煤炭工業(yè)乃至國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。分析了轉(zhuǎn)型煤礦資源類型,介紹了我國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)型礦山開發(fā)利用現(xiàn)狀,主要包括廢棄工業(yè)廣場(chǎng)建筑物、廢棄土地(工業(yè)廣場(chǎng)土地、沉陷區(qū)土地)的開發(fā)利用及建設(shè)礦山公園等。并指出國(guó)內(nèi)廢棄煤礦資源利用存在開發(fā)利用不充分、運(yùn)行成本高等問題,特別是井下空間資源的開發(fā)利用率低。如井筒、巷道、硐室等井下空間資源,在封井后幾乎全部浪費(fèi)。因此,針對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型煤礦井下空間資源利用率低的問題,重點(diǎn)分析探討了煤礦井下空間資源開發(fā)利用新方向,如利用煤礦井下空間資源儲(chǔ)存石油、天然氣,建設(shè)蓄能站以及地下城市等等,為我國(guó)關(guān)閉礦山的轉(zhuǎn)型開發(fā)利用提供思路。
[Abstract]:With the long-term exploitation of coal resources, the progress of mining technology and the adjustment of energy structure, more and more coal mines have been closed or closed in recent years. At present, the main measures to be taken against the abandoned coal mines are the restoration and treatment of the mine environment, resulting in many social, economic and ecological environmental problems left behind, and resulting in a serious waste of resources up and down the mining area. Therefore, how to scientifically and efficiently solve the problem of resource utilization after coal mine closure and realize the successful transformation and utilization of mine is of great strategic significance to the development of coal industry and even the national economy. This paper analyzes on the types of coal resources in transition, and introduces the present situation of exploitation and utilization of transitional mines in China, including the development and utilization of abandoned industrial square buildings, abandoned land (industrial square land, subsidence area land) and the construction of mine parks, etc. It is pointed out that the utilization of abandoned coal resources in China is insufficient and the operating cost is high, especially the low utilization rate of underground space resources. Such as wellbore, roadway, chamber and other underground space resources, after sealing almost all waste. Therefore, aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of underground space resources in transitional coal mines, the new directions of space resources exploitation and utilization in underground coal mines are analyzed and discussed, such as the storage of oil and natural gas by using space resources in coal mines. The construction of storage stations and underground cities provides ideas for the transformation development and utilization of closed mines in China.
