基于ANSYS WORKBENCH的單繩纏繞式提升機(jī)主軸裝置諧響應(yīng)分析

【摘要】:以2JTP-1.2×0.8單繩纏繞式提升機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,通過UG建立提升機(jī)主軸裝置的三維模型,利用ANSYS Workbench建立提升機(jī)主軸裝置的有限元模型。對(duì)提升機(jī)主軸裝置進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析,從而計(jì)算出前6階的固有頻率和主振型,并通過諧響應(yīng)分析,確定了主軸裝置危險(xiǎn)頻率范圍和幅頻特性,得出主軸裝置發(fā)生共振時(shí)可能產(chǎn)生的最大振動(dòng)幅值,同時(shí)也說明了諧響應(yīng)分析的局限性。
[Abstract]:Taking 2JTP-1.2 脳 0. 8 single rope winding hoist as the research object, the 3D model of the main shaft device of the hoist is established by UG, and the finite element model of the main shaft device of the hoist is established by using ANSYS Workbench. The modal analysis of the main shaft device of the hoist is carried out, so as to calculate the first 6 natural frequencies and the main vibration modes, and through the harmonic response analysis, the dangerous frequency range and amplitude frequency characteristic of the main shaft unit are determined. The maximum vibration amplitude may be obtained when the main shaft device resonates, and the limitation of harmonic response analysis is also explained.
