【摘要】:在采用露天開采方法的礦山中,隨著開采延深和邊坡到界,坡高、坡角逐年增大并形成高陡邊坡,因此,邊坡失穩(wěn)、滑塌等工程事故也不斷增加,邊坡穩(wěn)定性問題日益受到重視和關(guān)注。露天礦邊坡的構(gòu)成是一個(gè)動態(tài)的過程,為了在效益最大化的前提下確保邊坡穩(wěn)定,必須對采場邊坡進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。 本文以是小龍?zhí)兜V務(wù)局布沼壩露天礦和金川石英石露天礦為工程實(shí)例,針對露天礦開采過程中人工開挖邊坡與自然山體邊坡的復(fù)合體穩(wěn)定性及其控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,并取得了如下研究成果: 1、總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有邊坡的穩(wěn)定性評價(jià)方法,并應(yīng)用于小龍?zhí)恫颊訅挝鲙瓦吰潞徒鸫ㄊ⑹短斓V3-3邊坡的穩(wěn)定性評價(jià)。 2、對布沼壩露天礦西幫邊坡的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬和穩(wěn)定性分析,得出其到界邊坡處于臨界狀態(tài),對不穩(wěn)定的邊坡提出來治理方案。 3、對布沼壩露天礦西幫342、344剖面分別提出三種優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,比選后出造價(jià)低、效益高的最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。 4、對金川石英石露天礦3-3剖面邊坡進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析,得出了3-3剖面邊坡應(yīng)力場隨開挖深度演變規(guī)律,給出了金川石英石露天礦3-3剖面的開采方案。
[Abstract]:In the mine of open pit mining method , as the mining depth and slope reach the boundary , slope height and slope angle increase year by year and form high - steep slope , the engineering accidents such as slope instability , collapse and other engineering accidents are constantly increasing , and the slope stability problem is getting more and more attention and attention . The construction of open - pit slope is a dynamic process . In order to ensure the stability of slope under the precondition of maximum benefit , the optimization design of the stope slope must be carried out .
In this paper , the stability and control technology of artificial excavated slope and natural mountain slope are studied in this paper , which is an example of open - pit mine and Jinchuan quartz - stone open - pit mine in Xiaolongtan Mining Bureau . The results are as follows :
1 . The stability evaluation method of the existing slope is summarized , and the stability evaluation of 3 - 3 side slope is applied to the west side slope and Jinchuan quartz stone open - pit mine of Xiaolongtan .
2 . Numerical simulation and stability analysis are carried out on the current situation of the west - cut slope of the open - pit mine of Bumpy Dam , and the critical state of the slope is obtained , and the control scheme is proposed to the unstable slope .
3 . Three optimal design schemes are proposed for the west sides 342 and 344 of the open - pit mine of Bubiogas dam , which is the best design scheme with low cost and high benefit .
4 . Numerical simulation analysis of 3 - 3 section slope of Jinchuan quartz stone open pit is carried out , and a 3 - 3 section slope stress field with the depth evolution of excavation is obtained , and the mining scheme of 3 - 3 section of Jinchuan quartz stone open pit mine is given .
