三聚盛煤礦鄰近采空區(qū)及煤層回采工作面安全性研究

【摘要】:三聚盛煤礦采空區(qū)分布范圍較廣,7號(hào)煤工作面回采過(guò)程中曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過(guò)一次采空區(qū)透水事故及兩次瓦斯超限斷電事故,對(duì)井下安全生產(chǎn)造成了嚴(yán)重威脅。為此,對(duì)三聚盛煤礦4、9號(hào)煤采空區(qū)穩(wěn)定性及7號(hào)煤工作面回采安全性進(jìn)行了研究。以三聚盛煤礦4、9號(hào)煤采空區(qū)穩(wěn)定性為研究背景,通過(guò)地質(zhì)資料收集及物探報(bào)告分析,確定4、9號(hào)煤采空區(qū)特征及分布情況。通過(guò)理論分析、資料分析類(lèi)比、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試等方法對(duì)4、9號(hào)煤采空區(qū)穩(wěn)定性因素因素進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明:4號(hào)煤采空區(qū)穩(wěn)定性較好,對(duì)4號(hào)煤穩(wěn)定性影響最大因素是地質(zhì)因素一斷層,9號(hào)煤采空區(qū)穩(wěn)定性相對(duì)較差,對(duì)9號(hào)煤穩(wěn)定性影響最大因素是采空區(qū)規(guī)模及其之間煤柱寬度。采用理論分析與FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)合三聚盛煤礦7號(hào)煤回采工作實(shí)際布置情況,分析了7號(hào)煤工作面回采與采空區(qū)穩(wěn)定性之間相互影響,結(jié)果表明:7號(hào)煤工作面回采對(duì)4號(hào)煤采空區(qū)穩(wěn)定性影響有一定影響,但影響不大,7號(hào)煤回采工作面對(duì)9號(hào)煤采空區(qū)穩(wěn)定性具有顯著的作用,在此基礎(chǔ)上,確定了4、9號(hào)煤采空區(qū)對(duì)7號(hào)煤回采工作面安全生產(chǎn)影響。針對(duì)以上情況,對(duì)7號(hào)煤回采工作面危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行分析與劃分。本文的研究成果對(duì)三聚盛煤礦7號(hào)煤回采工作面安全生產(chǎn)具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用,給該礦的安全開(kāi)采提供一定的技術(shù)保障。也對(duì)類(lèi)似礦井的安全開(kāi)采提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The distribution of goaf in Sanjusheng coal mine is very wide. One goaf water permeation accident and two gas outage accidents have occurred in the mining process of No. 7 coal face, which has caused serious threat to the safety of underground production. Therefore, the stability of the goaf of No. 4,9 coal mining area and the safety of mining in No. 7 coal face are studied in Sanjusheng Coal Mine. Taking the stability of coal goaf No. 4 and No. 9 in Sanjusheng Coal Mine as the research background, the characteristics and distribution of the goaf of No. 4 and No. 9 coal are determined through the collection of geological data and the analysis of geophysical exploration reports. Through theoretical analysis, data analysis and analogy, field test and other methods, the factors of stability of goaf No. 4 and No. 9 are analyzed. The results show that the stability of goaf No. 4 is good. The biggest influence factor on the stability of No. 4 coal is geological factor fault, the stability of goaf No. 9 is relatively poor, and the biggest influence factor on the stability of No. 9 coal is the size of goaf and the width of coal pillar between them. By using the software of theoretical analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation, combined with the actual arrangement of No. 7 coal mining in Sanjusheng Coal Mine, the interaction between mining and goaf stability of No. 7 coal face is analyzed. The results show that the mining of No. 7 coal face has a certain influence on the stability of the No. 4 coal goaf, but the influence is not so great. The No. 7 coal mining work has a significant effect on the stability of the No. 9 coal goaf. The influence of coal goaf No. 4 and No. 9 on the safety production of No. 7 coal mining face is determined. In view of the above situation, the dangerous source of No. 7 coal mining face is analyzed and divided. The research results of this paper play an important role in guiding the safety production of No. 7 coal mining face in Sanjusheng Coal Mine and provide certain technical guarantee for the safe mining of this mine. It also provides some theoretical basis for the safety mining of similar mines.
