充填開采地表沉陷及頂板控制基礎(chǔ)研究

【摘要】:我國是一個(gè)以煤炭為主要消費(fèi)能源的能源大國,隨著采煤技術(shù)的發(fā)展與革新以及人類對(duì)煤炭資源需求的加大,我國的煤炭年產(chǎn)量急劇增長。加之煤炭的利用率低、許多煤炭屬于“三下”壓煤,使得許多地方的煤炭資源在短短幾十年甚至幾年很快枯竭。 為了解決煤炭“三下”壓煤問題,充填開采逐漸開始被人們采用。充填開采是一種新型的綠色開采方法,對(duì)于減小地表沉降和增加煤炭的利用率效果比較顯著。 本文以潞安集團(tuán)李村礦的地質(zhì)資料為背景,對(duì)影響本礦開采沉陷的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探究;以巖層控制的關(guān)鍵層理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用彈性力學(xué)的相關(guān)知識(shí),將煤層開采后充填工作面頂板簡化為彈性薄板的模型,通過理論計(jì)算得出頂板的極限跨距為20.33m;計(jì)算得出了頂板的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變與頂板變形的撓度的關(guān)系,從而可以通過頂板位移的監(jiān)測來判斷頂板的應(yīng)力變化情況;通過相似模擬技術(shù)和數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)對(duì)理論計(jì)算的結(jié)論進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和補(bǔ)充,,從而在一定程度上可以為本礦充填開采中工程問題有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the development and innovation of coal mining technology and the increase of human demand for coal resources, the annual output of coal in China has increased rapidly. In addition, the low utilization rate of coal, many coal belong to the "three down" coal, so that coal resources in many places in just a few decades or even a few years quickly depleted. In order to solve the problem of coal mining, filling mining is gradually adopted by people. Filling mining is a new type of green mining method, which can reduce the surface subsidence and increase the utilization rate of coal. Based on the geological data of Licun Mine of Lu'an Group, this paper probes into the mechanism of affecting the mining subsidence of the mine, and applies the relevant knowledge of elasticity to the theory of key strata controlled by rock strata. In this paper, the roof of filling face after coal seam mining is simplified as a model of elastic thin plate, the limit span of roof is 20.33 m by theoretical calculation, and the relationship between stress and strain of roof and deflection of roof deformation is calculated. Therefore, the stress change of roof can be judged by monitoring the displacement of roof, and the conclusion of theoretical calculation can be verified and supplemented by the technique of similar simulation and numerical simulation. To some extent, it can be used as a guide for engineering problems in filling mining of this mine.
