豎井掘進機鑿井技術(shù)及裝備研究

【摘要】:在對礦山井筒向深部發(fā)展、普通鑿井法下井作業(yè)人員多與安全事故頻發(fā)、鉆井鑿井法僅適合沖積層為主的地層條件、隧道掘進機與反井鉆機等機械破巖技術(shù)及裝備發(fā)展迅速等分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國家"十二五"科技發(fā)展規(guī)劃,提出和進行了礦山豎井掘進機研制及機械破巖鑿井新工藝研究。針對有導孔豎井掘進機的特點,研發(fā)了機械破巖豎井掘進機鑿井工藝,給出了主要技術(shù)參數(shù),確定了豎井掘進機推進、旋轉(zhuǎn)、支撐、破巖等主體結(jié)構(gòu)型式、電液伺服系統(tǒng)控制方法以及加工制造工藝,分析了豎井掘進機、吊盤、提升等系統(tǒng)在井筒的空間布置。研究成果將為豎井掘進機的試驗與應用打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the development of mine shaft to the deep, the common sinking method has more workers and frequent safety accidents, and drilling and sinking method is only suitable for the formation conditions where the alluvial layer is the main one. Based on the analysis of the rapid development of mechanical rock breaking technology and equipment, such as tunnel tunneling machine and reverse drilling machine, combined with the national "12th Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological development plan, this paper puts forward and carries out the research on the development of mine shaft roadheader and the new technology of mechanical rock breaking and sinking. According to the characteristics of shaft roadheader with guide hole, the drilling technology of mechanical rock breaking shaft roadheader is developed, the main technical parameters are given, and the main structure types of shaft roadheader such as propulsion, rotation, support and rock breaking are determined. The control method and manufacturing technology of electro-hydraulic servo system are analyzed. The spatial arrangement of shaft roadheader, hoist and hoisting system in shaft shaft is analyzed. The research results will lay a solid foundation for the test and application of shaft roadheader.
