【摘要】：針對傳統(tǒng)數(shù)值模擬方法對長壁開采礦壓顯現(xiàn)的模擬結(jié)果與實際偏差較大的問題,在對長壁開采全過程進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,基于塑性理論、損傷軟化模型和雙屈服模型,提出了一種長壁開采全過程采場礦壓數(shù)值模擬方法。該方法的理論基礎(chǔ)考慮了開采過程中煤巖體的損傷軟化、頂板垮落、采空區(qū)充填及承壓等物理過程。利用FLAC3D FISH語言開發(fā)了數(shù)值算法并得以數(shù)值實現(xiàn)。采用該方法對同忻煤礦某工作面的開采過程進行了數(shù)值模擬,所得結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場實際具有很好的一致性,監(jiān)測的覆巖垂向位移曲線的形態(tài)特征能有效的判斷三帶范圍及其分界線,監(jiān)測的支架壓力數(shù)據(jù)反映了周期來壓和來壓步距。研究成果為長壁開采礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律的數(shù)值模擬研究提供了一種新的思路和手段。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the traditional numerical simulation method deviates greatly from the actual situation, based on the analysis of the whole process of longwall mining, based on the plastic theory, damage softening model and double yield model. A numerical simulation method of stope pressure in the whole process of longwall mining is presented. The theoretical basis of this method is to consider the physical processes of coal and rock mass damage softening roof caving goaf filling and bearing pressure. The numerical algorithm is developed by using FLAC3D FISH language and can be realized numerically. The method is used to simulate the mining process of a working face in Tongxin Coal Mine. The results are in good agreement with the actual situation. The monitored vertical displacement curve of overburden can effectively judge the range of three zones and its dividing line. The monitored support pressure data reflect the periodic pressure and the pressure step. The results provide a new idea and means for the numerical simulation of rock pressure behavior in longwall mining.
