孤島工作面覆巖結(jié)構(gòu)破壞與礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:近年來孤島工作面開采相關(guān)問題日益受到學(xué)者們的廣泛關(guān)注,由于煤炭資源的消耗隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展不斷增大,但是我國20世紀(jì)30年代建成的煤礦面臨著資源枯竭等問題,通過孤島工作面的回采可以解決資源枯竭的問題,現(xiàn)場實(shí)際開采中孤島工作面在回采過程中經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些安全事故,例如,沖擊地壓的發(fā)生,孤島工作面覆巖的移動(dòng)、斷裂、跨落等,嚴(yán)重的影響了礦井的安全生產(chǎn),降低了礦井的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,因此更加需要我們對(duì)孤島工作面相關(guān)問題加深的研究。論文以冀中能源峰峰集團(tuán)薛村礦14093孤島工作面為研究的背景,采取理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的研究方法,通過廣泛的查閱了孤島工作面覆巖的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,了解孤島工作面巖層的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室相似模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)M冀中能源峰峰集團(tuán)薛村礦14093孤島工作面記錄孤島工作面兩側(cè)巷道、孤島工作面的頂板,底板,老頂?shù)膽?yīng)力變化,研究了開采過程中孤島工作面覆巖裂隙發(fā)育規(guī)律。通過FLAC~(3D)數(shù)值模擬軟件建立數(shù)值模擬模型,分析開采過程中孤島工作面覆巖運(yùn)動(dòng)和應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律,揭示了孤島工作面開采過程中兩側(cè)巷道圍巖發(fā)生動(dòng)力災(zāi)害的機(jī)理,獲得了孤島工作面采空區(qū)尺度對(duì)孤島工作面災(zāi)變的控制作用。研究成果可為孤島工作面安全開采提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problems related to the mining of Gudao face have been paid more and more attention by scholars, because the consumption of coal resources is increasing with the steady development of economic construction in our country.However, the coal mines built in the 1930s in our country are faced with the problems of resource depletion, and the problem of resource depletion can be solved through the mining of isolated island face.In actual mining, some safety accidents often occur in the process of mining. For example, the occurrence of impact ground pressure, the movement of overburden, the fracture and the fall of overburden of the isolated island face seriously affect the safe production of the mine.It reduces the economic benefit of the mine, so we need to deepen the research on the related problems of the island face.Based on the background of 14093 Gudao face in Xuecun Coal Mine of Fengfeng Group of Jizhong Energy, this paper adopts the research method of combining theory with experiment, and through extensive consulting the relevant literature of overburden rock of Gudao face.The structural characteristics of the rock strata of the Gudao face are understood, and the simulation results of the laboratory simulation experiments are used to record the roadways on both sides of the isolated island face, the roof and floor of the isolated island working face, and the 14093 island face of Xuecun Coal Mine of Xuecun Coal Mine of Fengfeng Group in Jizhong County.In this paper, the stress change of the main roof is studied, and the law of overburden crack development in the isolated island face is studied.The numerical simulation model is established by using the software FLACU (3D) to analyze the movement and stress distribution of the overburden rock in the isolated island working face, and the mechanism of the dynamic disaster in the surrounding rock of the roadway on both sides of the coal mining process is revealed.The control effect of goaf size on the disaster of isolated island face is obtained.The research results can be used for reference for safe mining of isolated island face.
