采煤機(jī)行走部齒軌輪與銷(xiāo)軌多角度嚙合剛?cè)狁詈咸匦苑治?/H1>

【摘要】:由于煤礦井下的復(fù)雜地形變化,導(dǎo)致在輸送機(jī)銷(xiāo)軌安裝過(guò)程中必然會(huì)出現(xiàn)彎曲,而相鄰兩節(jié)銷(xiāo)排間的水平彎曲不得超過(guò)±1°,豎直方向的起伏不得超過(guò)±3°。針對(duì)在許用的彎曲角度下的極限工位,通過(guò)多體動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真軟件RecurDyn和有限元分析軟件對(duì)采煤機(jī)行走部齒軌輪與銷(xiāo)軌的嚙合進(jìn)行聯(lián)合仿真,得到其剛?cè)狁詈咸匦郧。為了得到正確的剛?cè)狁詈咸匦郧,本文進(jìn)行了如下步驟:(1)先對(duì)采煤機(jī)整機(jī)進(jìn)行了受力分析,得到了行走部的受力情況。(2)通過(guò)純剛體的嚙合仿真,得到正確的行走部與銷(xiāo)軌嚙合運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)。(3)利用有限元分析方法對(duì)齒軌輪的柔性體生成進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格的精確選擇與劃分。(4)最后通過(guò)RecurDyn對(duì)齒軌輪與傳動(dòng)輪及銷(xiāo)軌的剛?cè)狁詈夏P瓦M(jìn)行仿真模擬,生成了齒軌輪與各臨界角度下的銷(xiāo)軌嚙合速度、加速度以及嚙合力曲線。
[Abstract]:Because of the complex topography change in the coal mine, it is inevitable that there will be bending in the installation process of the conveyor pin rail, but the horizontal bending between the adjacent two pin rows must not exceed 鹵1 擄, and the fluctuation in the vertical direction must not exceed 鹵3 擄.In view of the limit working position under the allowable bending angle, the joint simulation of the engagement of the gear rail wheel of the traveling part of the shearer with the pin rail is carried out by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn and the finite element analysis software, and the rigid-flexible coupling characteristic curve is obtained.In order to obtain the correct rigid-flexible coupling characteristic curve, the following steps are carried out in this paper: 1) first, the mechanical analysis of the whole shearer is carried out, and the force condition of the walking part is obtained. 2) the meshing simulation of the pure rigid body is carried out.Get the correct meshing motion state of the traveling part and the pin rail. 3) use the finite element analysis method to select and divide the mesh of the flexible body of the gear rail wheel accurately. 4) finally, the rigid and flexible coupling between the tooth rail wheel and the drive wheel and the pin rail is carried out by RecurDyn.The combined model is simulated and simulated.The meshing velocity, acceleration and engagement force curves of the gear rail wheel with each critical angle are obtained.
