礦用自卸車液壓制動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計仿真及智能制動策略研究

【摘要】:非公路(礦用)自卸車(Mining truck),也稱之為非公路運(yùn)輸車(Off-highway truck)是大型露天礦、水利等工程中采用的主要運(yùn)輸工具,對我國的國民工業(yè)有著舉足輕重的作用。非公路礦用自卸車的制動系統(tǒng)必須保證在各種工況下都具有良好的制動性能,并且要求操作輕便和高的可靠性。但時常由于駕駛員的疲勞駕駛、情緒波動、注意力不集中等原因會導(dǎo)致不必要的事故發(fā)生。隨著技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,無人化礦用自卸車應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,已成為自卸車的發(fā)展趨勢。目前,電液控制技術(shù)已經(jīng)開始向數(shù)字化發(fā)展,如果能使制動系統(tǒng)在電液自動控制系統(tǒng)下實現(xiàn)智能控制,同時不影響人工制動效果,那將使得制動系統(tǒng)的安全性能和自卸車的自動化程度得到一定提升。本文就是在此種需求和背景條件下綜合運(yùn)用理論分析、仿真模擬、歸納分析等研究方法,根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)典全液壓制動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了人電雙控全液壓制動系統(tǒng),并對其進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究,主要研究工作如下:(1)選型分析了典型全液壓制動系統(tǒng)的主要元部件,并說明了其在液壓制動系統(tǒng)中的原理及功用。(2)分析了幾種經(jīng)典自卸車液壓制動系統(tǒng)的制動原理。設(shè)計了人電雙控全液壓制動系統(tǒng),得到了一種既能通過人工控制踏板閥的開關(guān)量來控制制動力大小,又可通過控制電流大小來控制制動力大小的人電雙控全液壓制動系統(tǒng),其中制動力大的制動方式起作用,且兩種方式互不干擾,同時又起到了一定的安全保護(hù)作用。并分析了人電雙控液壓制動系統(tǒng)在各種典型制動工況下的液壓油路制動原理。(3)建立了電液比例減壓閥和人電雙控液壓制動系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用MATLAB/SIMULINK軟件對電液比例減壓閥進(jìn)行了動、靜態(tài)性能仿真分析,對人電雙控全液壓制動系統(tǒng)電控部分的整個制動過程進(jìn)行了動態(tài)性能仿真分析。(4)歸類總結(jié)了人電雙控全液壓制動系統(tǒng)的各種制動工況的具體特征、出現(xiàn)的問題及問題的解決方案,將液壓制動系統(tǒng)和具體存在問題相結(jié)合,歸納分析了自卸車在各個制動工況下的智能制動策略,并將相關(guān)工況參數(shù)融入到智能制動策略中,進(jìn)行了定性分析。
[Abstract]:Off-highway (mining) dump truck is also called Off-highway truckage, which is the main transportation tool used in large open-pit mine, water conservancy and other projects, which plays an important role in the national industry of our country.The braking system of off-highway mine dump truck must have good braking performance under various working conditions, and it is required to operate easily and with high reliability.However, unnecessary accidents often occur due to drivers' fatigue driving, emotional fluctuation and lack of concentration.With the development of technology, the dump truck has emerged as the times require, and has become the development trend of the dump truck.At present, electro-hydraulic control technology has begun to digital development, if the braking system in the electro-hydraulic automatic control system to achieve intelligent control, at the same time do not affect the effect of manual braking,That will improve the safety of the braking system and the automation of the dump truck.In this paper, based on the theory analysis, simulation, induction analysis and so on, under this kind of requirement and background condition, the author designs the man-electric double control full hydraulic braking system, according to the traditional classical full hydraulic braking system.The main research work is as follows: 1) selection and analysis of the main components of typical full hydraulic braking system.The principle of hydraulic braking system and its function in hydraulic braking system are explained. The braking principle of several classic hydraulic braking system of dump truck is analyzed.A full hydraulic brake system is designed, which can control the braking force not only by manually controlling the switch quantity of the pedal valve, but also by controlling the current of the brake force.The braking mode with large braking force plays a role, and the two modes do not interfere with each other, at the same time, they play a role of safety protection.The mathematical models of electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve and man-electric double-controlled hydraulic brake system are established by analyzing the hydraulic oil path braking principle of the man-electric double-controlled hydraulic braking system under various typical braking conditions, and the mathematical models of the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve and the man-electric double-controlled hydraulic braking system are established.The dynamic and static performance of the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve is simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB/SIMULINK software.The dynamic performance simulation analysis of the whole braking process of the electrically controlled hydraulic brake system is carried out. The specific characteristics of all kinds of braking conditions of the full hydraulic braking system are classified and summarized.The existing problems and solutions are combined with the hydraulic braking system and the existing problems. The intelligent braking strategies of the dump truck under various braking conditions are summarized and analyzed, and the parameters of the relevant working conditions are integrated into the intelligent braking strategy.Qualitative analysis was carried out.
