任樓選煤廠浮選工藝系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:面對國家環(huán)保形勢越來越嚴(yán)峻,潔凈煤技術(shù)勢必成為未來煤炭行業(yè)的一個發(fā)展趨勢。而煤炭洗選加工作為潔凈煤技術(shù)的源頭和基礎(chǔ),必將引起人們的重視。特別是細(xì)粒級煤炭的分選和煤泥水系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)劣,將對以后煤炭洗選加工的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大影響。 任樓煤礦選煤廠浮選入料煤泥灰分高、細(xì)泥產(chǎn)率高,已嚴(yán)重影響煤泥水系統(tǒng)浮選分選效果。文中通過對任樓選煤廠煤泥性質(zhì)的分析,得出煤泥可浮性為極難浮煤,浮選入料中存在60%左右的高灰細(xì)泥,高灰細(xì)泥的主要礦物組分是高嶺石,此外還包括有石英、方解石、白云母等。這些礦物成分的存在就是導(dǎo)致浮選精煤灰分過高的主要原因。文中通過大量的浮選試驗證明:脫除部分浮選入料中的高灰細(xì)泥,會明顯改善煤泥浮選效果。據(jù)此提出將現(xiàn)場煤泥濃縮機改造成脫泥濃縮機。 浮選入料脫泥濃縮機兼有浮選入料緩沖作用,通過底流泵變頻措施,可根據(jù)入料煤質(zhì)變化情況,在線控制上升水流平均速度,及時調(diào)整脫泥指標(biāo)。 任樓選煤廠浮選工藝系統(tǒng)改造后能夠適應(yīng)不同性質(zhì)的原煤,可以很好地解決入選原煤粒度越來越細(xì)、矸石泥化越來越嚴(yán)重所帶來的煤泥水處理難題,值得在其他有類似問題的選煤廠推廣應(yīng)用,可為煤炭洗選企業(yè)帶來可觀的經(jīng)濟效益以及社會效益。
[Abstract]:In the face of the state environmental protection situation is more serious, the clean coal technology will become a trend in the future development of the coal industry and coal processing as the source and basis of clean coal technology, will cause people's attention. Especially fine coal separation and coal slurry system, the development of coal washing and processing production a significant impact.
Renlou Coal Mine Coal Washery flotation feed coal slime marl is divided into high, high yield, has seriously affected the effect of coal slurry flotation system. Analysis of Renlou Coal Slime properties in this paper that the slime floatability extremely difficult floated coal flotation, into about 60% high ash slime material the main mineral group, high ash slime is kaolinite, also include quartz, calcite, muscovite. The mineral composition is mainly due to the high ash content of coal flotation. The flotation test proved a lot: removing part of the flotation feed of high ash fine mud, will be significantly improved flotation effect. Accordingly the slime concentrators transformed into desliming concentrators.
Flotation desliming thickener with flotation feed buffer, the underflow pump frequency measures according to the changes of feed coal, online control increased the average flow velocity, timely adjustment of desliming index.
Any flotation system of coal preparation plant building is able to adapt to the different nature of the coal, can well solve the selected coal more and more finer, the slime water treatment problem of gangue mudding brought more and more serious, worthy of promotion and application in coal preparation plant of other similar problems, can bring considerable economic benefits and social benefits coal enterprises.
