【摘要】：為了從發(fā)展的角度探究中國煤炭安全生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀所處階段,并對未來發(fā)展趨勢進行整體把握,以持續(xù)地提高我國煤礦安全生產(chǎn)水平;通過采用對等點、對等變化率的對比方法從歷史發(fā)展的角度對中美煤炭安全生產(chǎn)狀況進行對比;采用對等變化率和擬合指數(shù)函數(shù)預測的方法對中國煤礦未來發(fā)展趨勢和百萬噸死亡率進行了預測。結(jié)果表明:我國煤礦目前安全生產(chǎn)發(fā)展水平與美國20世紀70年代接近,變化率與美國20世紀40年代至50年代大致相同,未來我國煤礦安全生產(chǎn)水平提高的速度將逐步減緩,2020年我國百萬噸死亡率預計為0.04~0.06。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the stage of coal safety production in China from the perspective of development, and to grasp the future development trend as a whole, in order to continuously improve the level of coal mine safety production in China,This paper compares the coal safety production situation between China and America from the perspective of historical development, and forecasts the future development trend and the death rate of millions of tons of coal mines in China by using the method of equal change rate and the prediction of fitting exponential function.The results show that the development level of coal mine safety in our country is close to that of the United States in the 1970s, and the change rate is approximately the same as that in the United States from the 1940s to the 1950s.In the future, the increasing rate of coal mine safety production level in China will slow down gradually, and the death rate of 1 million tons in 2020 is expected to be 0.04% 0.06.
