基于協(xié)同優(yōu)化礦用自卸車傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:動(dòng)力傳遞系統(tǒng)是礦用自卸車最重要組成單元,系統(tǒng)中輪邊減速器和主減速器減速比的合力分配是動(dòng)力性能發(fā)揮和整車減速增扭平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行的重要保證,采用協(xié)同優(yōu)化對礦用自卸車動(dòng)力傳遞系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)礦用自卸車傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和性能特征,將傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力匹配作為系統(tǒng)級,而主減速器和輪邊減速器作為子系統(tǒng)級。對輪邊減速器和主減速器進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,并對各減速裝置單獨(dú)優(yōu)化分析;趇 SIGHT實(shí)現(xiàn)礦用自卸車輪邊減速器和主減速器協(xié)同優(yōu)化的過程集成和優(yōu)化求解。對比各自單獨(dú)優(yōu)化和系統(tǒng)整體協(xié)同優(yōu)化分析結(jié)果可知:整體系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同優(yōu)化可以系統(tǒng)地解決礦用汽車減速系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化匹配問題,同以往將全局設(shè)計(jì)變量作為固定參數(shù)進(jìn)行處理的常規(guī)優(yōu)化相比,其優(yōu)化結(jié)果更符合實(shí)際工程問題。
[Abstract]:The power transmission system is the most important element of mine dump truck, system of wheel reducer and main reducer gear ratio force distribution is dynamic performance and vehicle deceleration torque increase an important guarantee for the smooth operation of the collaborative optimization, the optimized design of mining truck power transmission system. According to the structural characteristics of transmission system of mining truck and the properties of the power transmission system, as the system level, and the main reducer and wheel reducer. As a subsystem of the wheel reducer and main reducer for mathematical modeling, and the speed reducer optimization analysis. I single realization process of SIGHT truck wheel reducer and main reducer co optimization of mine integrated and optimized. Based on comparison of individual optimization and overall system optimization analysis shows that: the system can solve the collaborative optimization of the whole system of mine car The optimization matching problem of the deceleration system is better than the conventional optimization with the global design variables as fixed parameters. The optimization results are more suitable for practical engineering problems.
