礦區(qū)含砷尾礦及廢渣穩(wěn)定化研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)"硫酸-硝酸法"浸出實(shí)驗(yàn),以砷的浸出濃度為控制指標(biāo),選用Fe Cl2為穩(wěn)定藥劑,對(duì)礦區(qū)砷渣進(jìn)行藥劑穩(wěn)定化研究?疾霧e/As摩爾比、p H值、粒度、溫度及穩(wěn)定時(shí)間對(duì)砷浸出濃度的影響,通過(guò)研究穩(wěn)定化前后砷形態(tài)的變化,探討重金屬遷移轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:砷浸出濃度隨Fe Cl2投加量增加而降低,當(dāng)Fe/As摩爾比為1,p H=6.5~7.5時(shí),常溫下穩(wěn)定化1 h后,砷浸出濃度低于2.5 mg/L且基本達(dá)到穩(wěn)定,達(dá)到《危險(xiǎn)廢物填埋污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 18598-2001)的入場(chǎng)要求;隨反應(yīng)溫度升高,砷浸出濃度略有升高;礦渣穩(wěn)定化處理后,砷從生物有效性高和毒性大的形態(tài)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)化為毒性小、穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)的形態(tài),但礦物組成和化學(xué)組成不同,砷形態(tài)的遷移轉(zhuǎn)化也略有不同。
[Abstract]:Through the leaching experiment of "sulfuric acid-nitric acid method", taking the concentration of arsenic leaching as control index and Fe Cl2 as stabilizer, the stabilization of arsenic slag in mining area was studied.The effects of molar ratio of Fe/As, pH, particle size, temperature and time on the concentration of arsenic leaching were investigated. The changes of arsenic species before and after stabilization were studied, and the law of heavy metal migration and transformation was discussed.The results showed that the concentration of arsenic leaching decreased with the increase of Fe Cl2 dosage. When the molar ratio of Fe/As was 1??? h???To meet the admission requirements of the hazardous waste landfill pollution control standard (GB18598-2001); with the increase of reaction temperature, the concentration of arsenic leaching slightly increased; after stabilization treatment of slag, arsenic gradually changed from high bioavailability and high toxicity to less toxicity.The forms with strong stability are different in mineral composition and chemical composition, and the migration and transformation of arsenic species are also slightly different.
