煤粉對泡沫金屬抑制爆炸火焰波性能的影響規(guī)律

【摘要】:泡沫金屬是能夠同時(shí)抑制瓦斯爆炸沖擊波和火焰波傳播的新型阻隔爆材料,但在煤粉環(huán)境下泡沫金屬阻隔瓦斯爆炸的能力卻不得而知。為研究煤粉對泡沫金屬阻隔瓦斯爆炸火焰波傳播的影響規(guī)律,在自行設(shè)計(jì)的直徑120 mm的瓦斯傳爆測定裝置中,對管道中添加不同參數(shù)煤粉后泡沫金屬衰減火焰速度的性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:添加粒徑為60~80目的 5,10,50,100 g煤粉后,爆炸火焰波衰減率分別為92.95%,97.93%,80.95%,92.05%。對于特定參數(shù)的泡沫金屬,煤粉質(zhì)量在一定范圍內(nèi)會(huì)造成阻隔性能的降低。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)煤粉粒徑越接近泡沫金屬孔徑,煤粉越易滯留于阻隔材料,泡沫金屬的阻隔效果也越差。100 g 40~60目的煤粉添加后導(dǎo)致泡沫金屬的火焰波衰減率降低為68.23%。研究結(jié)果顯示,管道中的煤粉質(zhì)量和粒徑均可對泡沫金屬的阻隔性能產(chǎn)生重要影響。
[Abstract]:Foam metal is a new type of flame barrier material which can suppress both blast wave and flame wave propagation of gas explosion, but the ability of foam metal to prevent gas explosion in pulverized coal environment is unknown.In order to study the influence of pulverized coal on flame wave propagation of foam metal barrier gas explosion, a self-designed measuring device for gas transmission and explosion with a diameter of 120 mm was developed.The properties of flame attenuation rate of foam metal after adding different parameters of pulverized coal in pipeline were studied experimentally.The results show that the attenuation rate of explosion flame wave is 92.95% 97.933% and 80.95% and 92.05% respectively after the addition of 50 100 g pulverized coal with a particle size of 60 ~ 80 objectives.For foamed metal with specific parameters, the mass of pulverized coal in a certain range will result in the decrease of barrier performance.It is found that the closer the particle size of pulverized coal is to the pore diameter of foam metal, the easier it is to stay in the barrier material, and the worse the barrier effect of foamed metal is, the worse the flame wave attenuation rate of foamed metal is reduced to 68.23 after the addition of 100 g of pulverized coal.The results show that the quality and particle size of pulverized coal in the pipeline have an important effect on the barrier performance of foam metal.
