三軸自同步變軌跡橢圓振動(dòng)篩的軌跡仿真及動(dòng)態(tài)特性分析

【摘要】:橢圓軌跡振動(dòng)篩同時(shí)具有圓軌跡振動(dòng)篩和直線軌跡振動(dòng)篩的優(yōu)點(diǎn),物料顆粒在篩分面上既可獲得較高的輸送速度,又具有較好的料層松散效果,能夠有效地提高振動(dòng)篩的產(chǎn)量和篩分質(zhì)量,在篩分機(jī)械等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。某礦山設(shè)備廠生產(chǎn)的3TSK1860振動(dòng)篩由于采用齒輪強(qiáng)迫同步方式,在使用中存在側(cè)板激振器孔處容易發(fā)生變形開(kāi)裂、齒輪箱漏油等現(xiàn)象,給設(shè)備的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)帶來(lái)了不便。變軌跡振動(dòng)篩能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)篩面入料端的速度和拋擲指數(shù)均大于出料端,可有效的提高振動(dòng)篩的篩分效率和生產(chǎn)效率。以提高振動(dòng)篩篩分效率、生產(chǎn)率和改善側(cè)板受力為目的,研發(fā)3TSK1860自同步變軌跡振動(dòng)篩,主要完成以下研究工作:(一)調(diào)整了原振動(dòng)篩篩箱結(jié)構(gòu),采用三臺(tái)同型號(hào)電機(jī)通過(guò)萬(wàn)向節(jié)聯(lián)軸器驅(qū)動(dòng)三組激振器工作,并在Solid Works中建立其三維模型,根據(jù)振動(dòng)篩的三維模型建立了振動(dòng)篩的受力模型,在多電機(jī)振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)自同步理論的基礎(chǔ)上分析了偏心塊在穩(wěn)定相位差下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的同步性條件和穩(wěn)定性條件;(二)在振動(dòng)篩受力模型的基礎(chǔ)上建立了自同步振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)微分方程,并進(jìn)行了求解,利用MATLAB軟件分析了相位差穩(wěn)定的偏心塊在不同初始相位角運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)對(duì)篩箱質(zhì)心軌跡的影響,結(jié)合振動(dòng)篩工藝參數(shù)的選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定偏心塊的初始相位角為π/3;(三)由篩箱質(zhì)心運(yùn)動(dòng)方程推導(dǎo)了篩箱上任一點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)方程,利用MATLAB對(duì)篩箱運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡進(jìn)行了仿真及模擬點(diǎn)拋擲指數(shù)和速度的計(jì)算,其結(jié)果顯示篩箱同一篩分面上入料端的拋擲指數(shù)及物料輸送速度比出料端的大,這種變化趨勢(shì)有利于物料的篩分與輸送,可有效提高物料的篩分效率與生產(chǎn)效率;(四)通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)整后的篩箱結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)特性分析,通過(guò)模態(tài)分析檢驗(yàn)振動(dòng)篩工作中是否存在共振現(xiàn)象,由諧響應(yīng)分析結(jié)果可知,最大應(yīng)力發(fā)生在彈簧支承處為60.499Mpa,而在側(cè)板激振器孔處及其它部位應(yīng)力值較低,調(diào)整后的結(jié)構(gòu)有效的改善了側(cè)板的受力情況,篩箱許用應(yīng)力66.2 Mpa,其強(qiáng)度滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:The elliptical trajectory vibrating screen has the advantages of the circular trajectory vibrating screen and the linear trajectory vibrating screen. The material particles can not only obtain higher conveying speed on the screen surface, but also have better material layer loose effect.It can effectively improve the output and screening quality of vibrating screen, and is widely used in screening machinery and other related fields.The 3TSK1860 vibrating screen produced by a mine equipment factory is easily deformed and cracked at the hole of the side plate exciter and the oil leakage of the gear box because of the use of the gear forced synchronizing mode, which brings inconvenience to the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment.The variable trajectory vibrating screen can realize the speed and throwing index of the inlet end of the screen surface is larger than that of the discharging end, which can effectively improve the screening efficiency and production efficiency of the vibrating screen.In order to improve screening efficiency, productivity and side plate force, 3TSK1860 self-synchronous variable trajectory vibrating screen has been developed. The following research work has been done: (1) the structure of the original vibrating screen box has been adjusted.Three groups of vibration exciters are driven by three identical motors through universal joint couplings, and their three-dimensional models are established in Solid Works. According to the three-dimensional model of the vibrating screen, the force model of the vibrating screen is established.Based on the self-synchronization theory of multi-motor vibration system, the synchronization and stability conditions of eccentric block operating under stable phase difference are analyzed. (2) the vibration differential equation of self-synchronous vibration system is established on the basis of the stress model of vibrating screen.The effect of the eccentric block with stable phase difference on the trajectory of the center of mass of the screen box under different initial phase angles is analyzed by using MATLAB software.The initial phase angle of the eccentric block is determined to be 蟺 / 3 (3). The motion equation of any point on the screen box is derived from the motion equation of the center of mass of the screen box.The motion trajectory of the screen box is simulated by MATLAB and simulated point throwing index and velocity are calculated. The results show that the throwing index and the material conveying speed at the end of the screen on the same screen surface are larger than those at the end of the discharge.This change trend is favorable to the screening and conveying of materials, and can effectively improve the screening efficiency and production efficiency of materials. (4) by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the adjusted screen box structure,The resonance phenomenon is checked by modal analysis. According to the results of harmonic response analysis, the maximum stress is 60.499 Mpaat at the spring support, but the stress value is low at the hole of the side plate exciter and other parts.The adjusted structure can effectively improve the stress of the side plate. The allowable stress of the screen box is 66. 2 Mpa. its strength meets the design requirements.
