礦井風流溫度計算及應用

【摘要】:我國礦井開采深度的增加導致了礦井熱害的嚴重問題。礦井熱害產(chǎn)生原因有很多,其中圍巖散熱是導致礦井風流溫度升高的主要原因之一,本文對礦井的產(chǎn)熱量進行計算。將礦井分為三大部分:進風區(qū)、用風區(qū)和回風區(qū),對井筒采用差分法進行風流溫度計算。對其他不同類型的巷道采用不同的計算方法對溫度進行計算。通過計算得到礦井風流溫度的增加主要來源于圍巖散熱,而圍巖散熱分為顯熱交換與潛熱交換,分別對巷道內(nèi)顯熱交換和潛熱交換進行了計算。本文特別針對巷道壁面在潮濕情況下的顯熱交換量和潛熱交換量進行了計算,通過計算結果對顯熱交換量和潛熱交換量之間的關系進行討論分析,并對巷道風流溫度的影響進行了分析。討論了在巷道圍巖濕度不同的巷道中顯熱和潛熱之間的變化關系;得到了潛熱交換量隨著巷道圍巖濕度的增加而增加。并且討論了在濕度系數(shù)變化的過程中顯熱和潛熱對風流溫度影響的大小。
[Abstract]:The increase of mine mining depth in China has caused serious problems of mine thermal damage.There are many reasons for mine heat damage, among which the heat dissipation of surrounding rock is one of the main reasons leading to the increase of mine air flow temperature. The heat production of mine is calculated in this paper.The mine is divided into three parts: the air inlet area, the air area and the return air zone, and the air flow temperature of the shaft is calculated by using the difference method.Different calculation methods are used to calculate the temperature of other different types of roadways.The results show that the increase of air flow temperature mainly comes from the heat dissipation of surrounding rock, and the heat dissipation of surrounding rock is divided into explicit heat exchange and latent heat exchange. The explicit heat exchange and latent heat exchange in roadway are calculated respectively.In this paper, the explicit heat exchange amount and latent heat exchange amount on the wall of roadway under humid conditions are calculated, and the relationship between the apparent heat exchange amount and latent heat exchange amount is discussed and analyzed.The influence of air flow temperature on roadway is analyzed.The relationship between sensible heat and latent heat in roadway with different humidity of surrounding rock is discussed, and the amount of latent heat exchange increases with the increase of humidity of surrounding rock of roadway.The influence of sensible heat and latent heat on air flow temperature is discussed.
