高效合成銅抑制劑在銅鉬分離中的應用

【摘要】:傳統的銅鉬分離所用銅抑制劑大多數都是無機化合物。中國黃金集團烏努格吐山礦的銅鉬分離流程使用了大量的NaHS,藥劑成本高、環(huán)保壓力大。2014年,該礦開展高效合成有機藥劑AERO8371PNR進行了銅抑制劑工業(yè)試驗。試驗效果較好,NaHS的用量減少了37%,直接節(jié)約藥劑成本30%,鉬精礦品位從45.39%提高到了47.10%;鉬精礦中的銅含量從1.33%降低到了1.0%以下,并提高了銅鉬分離作業(yè)的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Most of the copper inhibitors used in the traditional separation of copper and molybdenum are inorganic compounds.The separation process of copper and molybdenum in Unogatushan Mine of China Gold Group used a large number of NaHS, high cost of reagent and high pressure of environmental protection. In 2014, the ore carried out industrial tests of copper inhibitors with highly efficient synthetic organic agent AERO8371PNR.The results showed that the dosage of NaHS was reduced by 37%, the cost of medicament was saved by 30%, the grade of molybdenum concentrate was increased from 45.39% to 47.1010%, the copper content in molybdenum concentrate was reduced from 1.33% to less than 1.0%, and the stability of separation operation was improved.
