【摘要】:鎳是一種具有良好鐵磁性的銀白色金屬,延展性好、熔點高、機械強度大、化學性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定、耐氧化,廣泛于合金制造、鍍鎳、催化劑、蓄電池等工業(yè)領域。20世紀時,中國鎳消費量需求較低,增長比例有限。進入21世紀后,隨著不銹鋼大量使用,鎳消費量也隨之高速增長。2013年中國89%鎳依靠進口,人均消費量為全球均值的2.4倍,但和美、日等發(fā)達國家相比還有一些差距,中國鎳需求還有增長余地。預計到2020年,中國將消費110萬t鎳,缺口高達90~100萬t。現(xiàn)階段人類可以利用的鎳礦僅有硫化鎳礦、氧化鎳礦。60%的鎳來自硫化鎳礦,硫化鎳礦開采日久,資源逐漸枯竭。氧化鎳礦分為硅鎂鎳礦,紅土鎳礦,目前開發(fā)的主要是紅土鎳礦。提高紅土鎳礦的選礦效率有助于緩解鎳消費缺口。紅土鎳礦的常規(guī)選礦方法有直接酸浸、焙燒-水浸、焙燒-酸浸、焙燒-氨浸。我們可以根據(jù)紅土鎳礦實際,開展新選礦方式探索。本論文以磁選—酸浸流程為依托,在尋求一種經(jīng)濟、方便、易于提鎳方法同時,充分利用紅土鎳礦中鐵、鎂等有價金屬。本論文根據(jù)紅土鎳礦實際,原礦經(jīng)磁選得到含鎳鐵精礦,磁選尾礦進行酸浸,得到含鎳、鐵、鎂的浸出液,浸出液除鐵后沉鎳得到氫氧化鎳粗精礦,再沉鎂得到產(chǎn)品氫氧化鎂。鐵精礦含鎳1.32%、鐵品位64.78%、鐵回收率63.46%;氫氧化鎳粗精礦含鎳10.58%,鎳綜合回收率為90.39%;氫氧化鎂產(chǎn)品中氧化鎂含量64.41%,鎂回收率47.81%。

Conventional mineral processing methods of laterite ore have direct acid leaching, roasting and water leaching, roasting and acid leaching, roasting ammonia leaching. We can according to the actual development of laterite nickel ore, new mineral exploration. In this paper, magnetic separation acid leaching process as the basis, seeking an economic, convenient, easy to extract nickel at the same time, make full use of laterite nickel iron, magnesium and other valuable metals. This paper is based on the actual laterite ore, containing nickel iron concentrate by magnetic separation, magnetic separation tailings by acid leaching, containing nickel, iron, magnesium leaching solution. The leaching liquid iron nickel hydroxide obtained for rough concentrate, and then get products of magnesium magnesium hydroxide. Iron concentrate containing 1.32% nickel, iron grade 64.78%, iron recovery rate of 63.46%; nickel hydroxide crude concentrate containing 10.58% nickel, nickel recovery rate was 90.39%; magnesium hydroxide products The content of Magnesium Oxide is 64.41%, and the recovery rate of magnesium is 47.81%.
