球形硅藻土的物理成型與結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:以硅藻土為主要原料,添加燒結(jié)助劑、粘結(jié)劑等,控制合適配比,采用物理成型、低溫焙燒工藝,制備球形硅藻土材料。結(jié)合高分辨掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀等手段對材料進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明:在材料的制備過程中,并未發(fā)生晶相轉(zhuǎn)變;材料的比表面積隨著焙燒溫度的升高先增大后減小,在400℃溫度下焙燒120 min制備的球形硅藻土具有較理想的孔結(jié)構(gòu),比表面積達(dá)到54.753 m~2/g,總孔容0.1426 cm~3/g,孔徑主要集中在3 nm左右。
[Abstract]:Spherical diatomite was prepared with diatomite as the main raw material, adding sintering aids and binder, controlling the appropriate ratio, adopting physical molding and low temperature roasting technology.The materials were characterized by means of high resolution scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that there was no crystal phase transition in the preparation of the materials, and the specific surface area of the materials first increased and then decreased with the increase of calcination temperature.The spherical diatomite prepared by calcination at 400 鈩,
