沁新礦回采巷道破壞機理與控制方法研究

【摘要】:以沁新礦工作面回采巷道破壞控制為研究背景,通過理論分析、數(shù)值模擬、現(xiàn)場實踐,對巷道破壞機理與控制方法進行了系統(tǒng)研究。在此基礎上提出了采用加長錨桿支護替代錨索的新型支護方法。研究表明加長錨桿支護方法可以有效地改善圍巖變形,克服了錨索延伸率低、易破斷失效的缺點,消除了冒頂隱患,減少了巷道維護量。具體研究成果有如下四個方面:⑴采用鉆孔窺視儀對巷道圍巖結構進行探查,使用頂板離層儀對巷道水平、垂直位移進行觀測,理論分析了巷道圍巖變形的塑性區(qū)域。使用具有高支護阻力的加長錨桿支護體,保證巷道在采動影響期內(nèi)的安全使用。對沁新礦工作面回采巷道進行了圍巖變形規(guī)律、巷道支護技術研究,這些理論為采取合適的支護技術提供了基礎。⑵應用FLAC3D研究了回采巷道在采動前后的巷道變形特征。對不同錨桿長度支護效果進行了對比分析,為現(xiàn)場支護提供理論依據(jù)。⑶回采巷道長短錨桿聯(lián)合支護與錨索支護效果的對比表明,前者具有較大的柔性,能夠抵御較大的變形,支護效果好;后者延伸率較低,在支護中容易破斷,使巷道支護失效。⑷結合礦井工作面回采巷道實際情況,選取巷道進行工業(yè)性試驗。對試驗巷道不同支護方案進行對比,得出加長錨桿破斷率小于錨索支護,能夠較好的維護頂板完整性,保證了回采巷道的可靠性與安全。
[Abstract]:Based on the research background of roadway failure control in Qinxin coal face, the mechanism and control method of roadway failure are systematically studied through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field practice.On the basis of this, a new support method is put forward, in which the extended bolt support is used instead of the anchor cable.The research shows that the method of lengthening bolt support can effectively improve the deformation of surrounding rock, overcome the shortcomings of low elongation of anchor cable, easy to break and failure, eliminate the hidden danger of roof fall, and reduce the amount of roadway maintenance.The concrete research results are as follows: 1 the structure of surrounding rock of roadway is probed by drilling peepper, and the horizontal and vertical displacement of roadway is observed by means of roof dissociation instrument, and the plastic region of surrounding rock deformation of roadway is analyzed theoretically.The extended bolt supporting body with high support resistance is used to ensure the safe use of roadway in the mining influence period.The deformation law of surrounding rock and support technology of roadway in Qinxin coal mining face are studied. These theories provide basis for adopting suitable supporting technology. 2. The deformation characteristics of roadway before and after mining are studied by using FLAC3D.The results of different bolting lengths are compared and analyzed, which provides theoretical basis for the field support. 3. The comparison between the long and long bolt combined support and the bolting cable support shows that the former has greater flexibility and can resist large deformation.The latter has low elongation and is easy to break in the support, which makes the roadway support invalid. 4. Combined with the actual situation of the mining roadway in the mine face, the roadway is selected for industrial test.By comparing different supporting schemes of test roadway, it is concluded that the breaking rate of extended bolt is less than that of cable support, which can maintain the roof integrity and ensure the reliability and safety of mining roadway.
