佳煤集團(tuán)安全生產(chǎn)綜合調(diào)度管理平臺(tái)分析與設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:煤炭行業(yè)在經(jīng)歷了高發(fā)展、高利潤之后,逐漸轉(zhuǎn)入持續(xù)低迷階段。煤炭企業(yè)為了維持自身的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),還在繼續(xù)生產(chǎn),導(dǎo)致整個(gè)行業(yè)積聚的煤炭庫存過高;另一方面,國內(nèi)煤炭企業(yè)的管理水平高低不一,平均噸煤成本與國外煤炭企業(yè)相比一直居高不下,國外進(jìn)口煤的到岸價(jià)格,比國內(nèi)的平均煤價(jià)還低,很多企業(yè)選擇了進(jìn)口煤,從而導(dǎo)致了國內(nèi)煤價(jià)的進(jìn)一步下跌;高庫存和低價(jià)格直接導(dǎo)致國內(nèi)煤炭企業(yè)處于持續(xù)虧損狀態(tài)。煤炭企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本在持續(xù)上升,而整體盈利能力卻在下降,煤炭企業(yè)的經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加。在這種環(huán)境下,煤炭企業(yè)必需改變管理理念,提高企業(yè)的管理質(zhì)量,降低單位噸煤的產(chǎn)出成本。企業(yè)管理水平的高低取決于對(duì)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營精準(zhǔn)的決策,精準(zhǔn)的決策來自于對(duì)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營信息的準(zhǔn)確掌握,而作為指揮機(jī)構(gòu)的調(diào)度中心管理水平很關(guān)鍵,只有其管理水平提高了,整個(gè)煤炭企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率才能提高。所以對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)調(diào)度綜合信息的管理也就成了當(dāng)今煤炭企業(yè)調(diào)度管理的重要研究方向。盡管很多煤炭企業(yè)都意識(shí)到信息化能給其自身發(fā)展帶來的好處,逐漸增加了投入,建設(shè)了部分信息系統(tǒng)。但是最終應(yīng)用效果不理想,沒有起到應(yīng)有的作用。本文以煤礦安全生產(chǎn)綜合調(diào)度管理平臺(tái)為研究對(duì)象,首先通過研究學(xué)習(xí)國內(nèi)外煤礦調(diào)度管理信息系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論、管理信息系統(tǒng)相關(guān)理論、信息系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì)理論,并將UML與面向?qū)ο蟮慕y(tǒng)一軟件開發(fā)過程(UP)理論作為本文的支持理論。其次,通過與佳煤集團(tuán)調(diào)度管理部門相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查交流,找出調(diào)度部門存在的關(guān)于生產(chǎn)調(diào)度方面的管理問題和信息化當(dāng)中的問題。同時(shí),借助煤炭業(yè)務(wù)專家的幫助,歸納出佳煤集團(tuán)調(diào)度管理中存在的若干問題。然后結(jié)合UML與面向?qū)ο蟮慕y(tǒng)一軟件開發(fā)過程(UP)理論中的分析方法,對(duì)佳煤集團(tuán)安全生產(chǎn)綜合調(diào)度管理平臺(tái)的需求進(jìn)行分析。最后,以UML與面向?qū)ο蟮慕y(tǒng)一軟件開發(fā)過程(UP)理論中的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施方法,對(duì)佳煤集團(tuán)安全生產(chǎn)綜合調(diào)度管理平臺(tái)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、模塊等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施,并提出對(duì)未來煤礦綜合調(diào)度管理平臺(tái)的展望。綜合調(diào)度管理平臺(tái)既能幫助煤炭企業(yè)提高調(diào)度指揮的效率,又能及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的提供決策支持信息,使得企業(yè)不再盲目生產(chǎn),從而達(dá)到了降本增效的目的。本文對(duì)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)綜合調(diào)度管理平臺(tái)的研究在于幫助煤炭企業(yè)提高調(diào)度指揮的效率,安全生產(chǎn),及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的將一線的生產(chǎn)信息送達(dá)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),為決策提供支撐信息。
[Abstract]:The coal industry has experienced high development, high profit, into the downturn stage gradually. Coal enterprises in order to maintain its operation, continues to lead the entire industry of coal production, inventory accumulation is too high; on the other hand, the domestic coal enterprise management level is high, the average cost per ton of coal has been high compared with foreign coal enterprises imported coal, CIF price is lower than the average price of coal in China, many enterprises choose to import coal, resulting in a further decline in domestic coal prices; high inventory and low prices lead directly to coal enterprises in China sustained losses in the state. The production cost of coal enterprises continued to rise, while the overall profitability is on the decline. The coal business risk increases. In this environment, the coal enterprises must change management concept, improve the quality of management of enterprises, reduce the production cost per ton of coal At the level of the enterprise management depends on enterprise safety production decision making management decision making from the accurate grasp of information of enterprise production safety management, and as the dispatch center headquarters management level is the key, only the higher level of management, to the whole production efficiency of coal enterprises. So improve the comprehensive scheduling information on the management of coal enterprises has become an important research direction in the coal enterprise management. Although many coal enterprises are aware of the information can bring the benefits to its own development, gradually increase the investment, the construction of the information system. But the final effect is not ideal, did not play its due role in this paper. Integrated dispatching management platform of coal mine safety production as the research object, first through the study of relevant theories of information system in domestic coal mine dispatching management, management letter The related theory of information system, information system analysis and design theory, and the unified software development process UML and object oriented (UP) theory as the theoretical support. Secondly, the investigation through the exchange of related good coal group management personnel, and find out the existing scheduling department of production scheduling management problems and the information on them. At the same time, with the help of the coal business expert help, summed up the problems existing in the management of good coal group scheduling. Then combined with the unified software development process UML and object oriented analysis (UP) method in the theory of good coal safety production scheduling management platform needs to carry on the analysis. Finally, the unified software development process UML and object-oriented (UP) design and implementation method in the theory of coal production safety, good overall structure of integrated dispatching management platform, database That module is designed, implemented, and put forward the prospect of future coal mine comprehensive dispatching management platform. Integrated dispatching management platform can help enterprises to improve the efficiency of coal dispatch and command, and can provide timely and accurate information to support decision-making, makes the enterprise no longer blind production, so as to achieve the purpose of lowering the efficiency. This paper studies on the comprehensive scheduling management platform of coal mine safety production is to help coal enterprises to improve efficiency and safety production dispatching, timely and accurate information to production line service leadership, to provide support information for decision-making.
