振動螺旋干法分選機參數優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:振動螺旋干法分選機是借鑒簸箕篩分糧食原理的一種新型干法選煤設備。目前設備處在參數優(yōu)化研究階段,但由于設備部分結構參數難以改變以及分析手段的不足使得研究面臨方向性的難題。本論文在利用仿真軟件EDEM進行仿真試驗的基礎上,通過引入灰色理論和BP神經網絡對仿真結果進行分析,旨在對振動螺旋干法分選機的參數優(yōu)化提供幫助。論文首先通過建立振動螺旋干法分選機的動力學模型并對其進行詳細的動力學分析,得到了垂直振幅和水平扭轉振幅的組成公式和影響因素,為后續(xù)仿真試驗提供了可靠的理論支撐。然后利用三維建模軟件Solid Works建立振動螺旋干法分選機的三維模型;最后通過EDEM完成振動螺旋干法分選的仿真試驗研究。論文通過對分選圈數的單因素仿真試驗得到分選圈數為4時可得到最大精煤帶煤量,通過引入灰色關聯(lián)理論對影響分選效果的5個主要影響因素進行了關聯(lián)分析,得到各因素對分選指標的影響程度次序為頻率、螺距、水平振幅、垂直振幅、徑向傾角;采用灰色模型理論初步建立了各因素與分選指標間的灰色預測經驗模型。論文通過建立和訓練BP神經網絡并利用優(yōu)化函數對各主要參數進行初步優(yōu)化,得到約束范圍內最大精煤帶煤量73.66%,對應的各參數為振動頻率34.7042HZ、螺距341.3642mm、垂直振幅1.8568mm、水平扭轉振幅0.1486°、徑向傾角1.2356°。通過論文的深入研究,初步掌握了振動螺旋干法分選機各影響因素對分選指標的影響關系,豐富和發(fā)展了干法選煤技術,為該設備的后續(xù)研究打下了基礎。
[Abstract]:Vibrating spiral dry separator is a new type of dry coal preparation equipment, which can draw lessons from the principle of dustpan and grain separation.At present, the equipment is in the research stage of parameter optimization. However, due to the difficulty of changing some structural parameters of the equipment and the lack of analytical means, the research is faced with a difficult problem of directionality.On the basis of simulation experiment with EDEM software, this paper analyzes the simulation results by introducing the grey theory and BP neural network, in order to help the parameter optimization of the vibrating spiral dry separator.Firstly, by establishing the dynamic model of the vibrating spiral dry separator and analyzing its dynamics in detail, the composition formulas and influencing factors of the vertical amplitude and the horizontal torsional amplitude are obtained.It provides reliable theoretical support for subsequent simulation experiments.Then the three-dimensional model of the vibrating spiral dry sorting machine is established by using the three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works, and the simulation experiment of the vibrating spiral dry sorting is completed by EDEM.Through the single factor simulation test of the separation cycle number, the maximum clean coal belt coal quantity can be obtained when the separation cycle number is 4, and the five main influencing factors that affect the separation effect are analyzed by introducing the grey correlation theory.The order of influence of each factor on the sorting index is frequency, pitch, horizontal amplitude, vertical amplitude, radial dip angle, and the grey prediction empirical model between each factor and the sorting index is established preliminarily by using the grey model theory.In this paper, the BP neural network is established and trained, and the main parameters are preliminarily optimized by using the optimization function.The maximum coal concentration in the restricted range is 73.66. The corresponding parameters are vibration frequency 34.7042HZ, pitch 341.364mm, vertical amplitude 1.8568mm, horizontal torsion amplitude 0.1486 擄, radial dip angle 1.2356 擄.Through the deep research of the paper, the influence relationship of the influence factors of the vibrating spiral dry separator on the separation index is preliminarily grasped, and the dry coal preparation technology is enriched and developed, which lays a foundation for the follow-up study of the equipment.
