非均布荷載作用下煤巖力學(xué)強(qiáng)度特性試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:考慮不同初始垂向應(yīng)力、不同初始水平應(yīng)力及不同應(yīng)力轉(zhuǎn)移速度條件,借助于自主研發(fā)的采動(dòng)應(yīng)力試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),研究了非均布荷載作用下煤巖體的力學(xué)強(qiáng)度特性。研究結(jié)果表明:煤巖外部損傷殘余塊體對(duì)煤巖內(nèi)部力學(xué)承載能力具有強(qiáng)化作用,當(dāng)初始垂向應(yīng)力、初始水平應(yīng)力、應(yīng)力轉(zhuǎn)移速度一定時(shí),煤巖內(nèi)部力學(xué)承載能力近似為煤巖外部力學(xué)承載能力的2倍;伴隨初始垂向應(yīng)力的增加,煤巖整體后期力學(xué)承載能力不斷降低,且處于不同初始垂向應(yīng)力范圍,煤巖內(nèi)、外部后期力學(xué)強(qiáng)度遞減特征不同,當(dāng)處于較小初始垂向應(yīng)力范圍時(shí),煤巖外部后期力學(xué)強(qiáng)度遞減量大于煤巖內(nèi)部,當(dāng)處于較大初始垂向應(yīng)力范圍時(shí),煤巖外部后期力學(xué)強(qiáng)度遞減量小于煤巖內(nèi)部;初始水平應(yīng)力越大,煤巖體的力學(xué)承載能力越高,且無(wú)論較小還是較大初始水平應(yīng)力范圍,煤巖內(nèi)部后期力學(xué)強(qiáng)度增量總大于煤巖外部;伴隨應(yīng)力轉(zhuǎn)移速度的增加,煤巖峰值強(qiáng)度不斷升高,應(yīng)力轉(zhuǎn)移速度對(duì)煤巖內(nèi)部區(qū)域力學(xué)性質(zhì)的影響相對(duì)較大。
[Abstract]:Considering different initial vertical stresses, different initial horizontal stresses and different stress transfer rates, the mechanical strength characteristics of coal and rock mass under non-uniform load are studied by means of the self-developed mining stress test system.The results show that the residual block of external damage of coal and rock can strengthen the mechanical bearing capacity of coal and rock. When the initial vertical stress, the initial horizontal stress and the stress transfer rate are fixed,With the increase of initial vertical stress, the mechanical bearing capacity of coal and rock decreases continuously in the later stage, and it is in different initial vertical stress range, in coal and rock, the internal mechanical bearing capacity of coal and rock is about 2 times of that of coal and rock, and the mechanical bearing capacity of coal and rock decreases continuously in the later stage with the increase of initial vertical stress.In the later stage of coal and rock, the decline of mechanical strength is larger than that of coal and rock, and when the initial vertical stress range is large, the decline of mechanical strength is different.The larger the initial horizontal stress, the higher the mechanical bearing capacity of coal and rock mass, and the smaller or larger the initial horizontal stress range is.The increment of mechanical strength in the later stage of coal and rock is always larger than that outside the coal and rock, and with the increase of stress transfer velocity, the peak strength of coal and rock increases continuously, and the stress transfer velocity has a relatively large influence on the mechanical properties of coal and rock.
