中小選礦廠磨礦自動(dòng)化與信息化技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:鐵礦選礦生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,球磨機(jī)的磨礦是選礦生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),球磨機(jī)運(yùn)行的控制水平直接影響選礦的產(chǎn)量、能耗與效益。當(dāng)前大多數(shù)選礦過(guò)程沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)磨機(jī)負(fù)荷自動(dòng)控制與信息化,磨機(jī)產(chǎn)量不能最大程度的得以提升。因此,需要開(kāi)發(fā)一種中小選礦廠選礦自動(dòng)化與信息化相結(jié)合的系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)專用磨機(jī)控制儀實(shí)現(xiàn)磨礦自動(dòng)化,使工程具有了產(chǎn)品化的特點(diǎn)。磨機(jī)控制儀采用ARM單片機(jī),具有料、水、磨音、磨機(jī)電流的測(cè)量與控制功能。利用單片機(jī)使用高級(jí)語(yǔ)言能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)復(fù)雜算法的特點(diǎn),使產(chǎn)品更具智能化。由于磨礦過(guò)程的磨機(jī)負(fù)荷具有非線性、大滯后、時(shí)變性的特點(diǎn),引用了磨機(jī)特性線性化處理與專家控制相結(jié)合的方法,取得了理想的控制效果。研究了磨礦自動(dòng)化與信息化的系統(tǒng)集成技術(shù),介紹了自動(dòng)化與信息化通訊的數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)議、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)、C#實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶端軟件設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)、報(bào)表模塊設(shè)計(jì)以及能耗成本與效益分析模塊設(shè)計(jì)。建立了對(duì)象實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P?進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的仿真運(yùn)行。結(jié)果表明,軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了選礦自動(dòng)化與信息化的目的,控制效果良好。實(shí)現(xiàn)了工程產(chǎn)品化、產(chǎn)品智能化、系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的思想,實(shí)現(xiàn)了以智能制造為核心的信息化技術(shù)思路。
[Abstract]:In the process of ore dressing, the grinding of ball mill is the key link in the process of ore dressing, and the control level of ball mill operation directly affects the production of ore dressing. Energy consumption and efficiency. At present, most mineral processing processes do not realize the automatic control and information of mill load, and the mill output can not be maximized. It is necessary to develop a system of mineral processing automation and informatization in medium and small concentrators. The grinding automation is realized by designing a special mill control instrument, which makes the project have the characteristics of production. The mill control instrument adopts ARM single chip computer, has material and water, The features of complex algorithm can be realized by using single-chip microcomputer, and the products are more intelligent. Because the mill load of grinding process has the characteristics of nonlinear, large lag and time-varying, it can be used to measure and control the current of grinding machine. The method of combining the characteristic linearization of mill with expert control is introduced, and the ideal control effect is obtained. The system integration technology of grinding automation and informatization is studied, and the data protocol between automation and information communication is introduced. The data structure of database C # realizes the technology of client software design, report module design and energy consumption cost and benefit analysis module design. The object experiment model is established, and the system simulation is carried out. The results show that, The software realizes the aim of mineral processing automation and informatization, the control effect is good, the idea of engineering production, product intelligence, system network is realized, and the information technology thinking with intelligent manufacturing as the core is realized.
