鹽酸浸出白云鄂博選鐵尾礦中經(jīng)鈣化焙燒的稀土

【摘要】:白云鄂博選礦廠現(xiàn)弱磁選—強(qiáng)磁選—浮選工藝的弱磁選尾礦再經(jīng)鈣化焙燒—弱磁選選鐵后的尾礦REO含量為12.27%,主要成分為稀土氧化物和螢石,氟磷灰石、石英等少量。對(duì)鹽酸浸出其中稀土氧化物的工藝條件進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果顯示,在鹽酸濃度為1.5 mol/L,浸出溫度為45℃,液固比為10∶1 m L/g,浸出時(shí)間為60 min,攪拌速度為300 r/min情況下,稀土浸出率可達(dá)93.15%,氟浸出率僅為0.23%,表明在控制氟浸出的前提下稀土得到了高效浸出。
