【摘要】：關(guān)鍵礦產(chǎn)資源對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家的國(guó)土安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有的意義。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)并未發(fā)布關(guān)鍵礦產(chǎn)的研究報(bào)告和結(jié)論。國(guó)外一些政府組織和研究機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)選定的金屬和非金屬礦產(chǎn)進(jìn)行了關(guān)鍵評(píng)價(jià),制定了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)方法,并且公布了的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。但這些研究的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)方法并不一致,得到的關(guān)鍵礦產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果差異較大。本文通過(guò)對(duì)4個(gè)主要研究機(jī)構(gòu)的研究報(bào)告進(jìn)行分析概述,剖析關(guān)鍵評(píng)價(jià)的理念、指標(biāo)體系、評(píng)價(jià)方法和評(píng)價(jià)模型,比較不同研究的共同點(diǎn)及之間的差異。同時(shí)列舉了國(guó)外主要研究機(jī)構(gòu)建立的關(guān)鍵礦產(chǎn)品目錄,以便為我國(guó)的關(guān)鍵礦產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)提供借鑒方法。
[Abstract]:The significance of key mineral resources to the national security and economic development of a country. Research reports and conclusions on key minerals have not been published in China. Some foreign governmental organizations and research institutions have carried out key evaluations of selected metallic and non-metallic minerals and formulated evaluation indicators and methods. But the evaluation indexes and methods of these studies are not the same, and the results of the evaluation of key minerals are quite different. This paper analyzes and summarizes the research reports of four major research institutions. This paper analyzes the concept, index system, evaluation method and evaluation model of key evaluation, compares the common points of different studies and the differences among them, and enumerates the catalogue of key mineral products established by major research institutions abroad. In order to provide a reference for the evaluation of key mineral resources in China.
