基于PLC的帶式輸送機(jī)集散控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)水平持續(xù)發(fā)展,工礦企業(yè)采用先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備是提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)及安全效益的重要方法和措施。老式的帶式輸送機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)采用的是繼電器控制,但是體積大、故障多并且反應(yīng)速度比較遲鈍,正逐漸淘汰而被新的控制系統(tǒng)所取代。PLC組成的控制系統(tǒng)其內(nèi)部的觸點(diǎn)及繼電器可以多次被使用,反應(yīng)快,并且構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、故障少,這種控制系統(tǒng)將逐漸代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的控制方式而廣泛采用。本設(shè)計(jì)以冀中能源峰峰集團(tuán)大淑村礦井下主運(yùn)帶式輸送機(jī)原煤運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目為依據(jù),進(jìn)行煤礦井下主運(yùn)帶式輸送機(jī)的PLC集散控制技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì),主要設(shè)計(jì)了九部帶式輸送機(jī)的PLC集散控制系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)整理各部帶式輸送機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)資料,認(rèn)真分析其運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,最后制定了帶式輸送機(jī)對(duì)PLC控制系統(tǒng)的控制要求,并且確定了每部帶式輸送機(jī)的保護(hù)功能。設(shè)計(jì)PLC集散控制系統(tǒng)時(shí)充分考慮了煤礦安全生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的集中管理、分散控制,增強(qiáng)了PLC的控制能力,更加提高了安全生產(chǎn)的綜合自動(dòng)化水平。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology, the adoption of advanced automation equipment in industrial and mining enterprises is an important method and measure to improve the economic and safety benefits of enterprises. The internal contacts and relays of the control system, which is being phased out and replaced by a new control system. PLC, can be used many times, react quickly, and are simple in structure, small in size, and less in failure. This control system will gradually replace the traditional control mode and be widely used. This design is based on the technical transformation project of the raw coal transportation system of the main transport belt conveyor in Dashucun Mine of Fengfeng Group in Jizhong. The PLC distributed control system of the main belt conveyor in coal mine is designed. The PLC distributed control system of nine belt conveyors is designed. Through sorting out the basic data of the belt conveyors, the present operation situation of the belt conveyors is analyzed. Finally, the control requirements of belt conveyor to PLC control system are formulated, and the protective function of each belt conveyor is determined. The characteristics of coal mine safety production process are fully considered in the design of PLC distributed control system. The centralized management and decentralized control of the system are realized, the control ability of PLC is enhanced, and the comprehensive automation level of safe production is improved.
