山西煤炭企業(yè)綠色創(chuàng)新作用機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:自工業(yè)革命以來(lái),經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的環(huán)境問(wèn)題日益凸顯。資源與環(huán)境問(wèn)題已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重制約了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。國(guó)際社會(huì)已經(jīng)意識(shí)到需要改變當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,提出通過(guò)開展綠色創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展�,F(xiàn)階段中國(guó)也在加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式走綠色、低碳可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。在這樣的背景下,煤炭企業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨著應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化、經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、資源日漸耗竭、產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩等多重挑戰(zhàn),綠色創(chuàng)新是煤炭企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的根本出路。但是,目前學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界對(duì)于“企業(yè)是否值得進(jìn)行綠色化,綠色創(chuàng)新到底能否給企業(yè)帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效,如果綠色創(chuàng)新能為企業(yè)帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效,那么綠色創(chuàng)新到實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效的機(jī)制與路徑是什么”。這一系列問(wèn)題尚有爭(zhēng)議,現(xiàn)有理論研究難以為煤炭企業(yè)開展綠色創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)提供有力的管理工具和理論指導(dǎo)。本文圍繞這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的理論分析和實(shí)證研究,進(jìn)一步探究了煤炭企業(yè)綠色創(chuàng)新的影響機(jī)制。首先,在深入研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了“綠色創(chuàng)新”、“資源獲取”、“經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效”、“組織學(xué)習(xí)”等概念,并對(duì)本文涉及的變量開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的測(cè)量量表。然后,結(jié)合資源基礎(chǔ)觀、綠色創(chuàng)新理論等多種視角,對(duì)波特假設(shè)進(jìn)行擴(kuò)充研究了綠色創(chuàng)新、環(huán)境績(jī)效、經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效三者的關(guān)系,又進(jìn)一步提出了煤炭企業(yè)綠色創(chuàng)新、資源獲取與經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效演化關(guān)系的概念模型和研究假設(shè);最后,通過(guò)實(shí)證分析,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方式收集數(shù)據(jù),借助統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS 20.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,驗(yàn)證了研究假設(shè),得到研究結(jié)論。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有三點(diǎn):一是探討了綠色創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效的直接關(guān)系。以往研究對(duì)此尚未得到一致答案,本文通過(guò)對(duì)山西煤炭企業(yè)的實(shí)證分析得到煤炭企業(yè)開展綠色創(chuàng)新有利于企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效,得出環(huán)境績(jī)效在綠色創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效間起部分中介作用;二是以資源獲取作為中介變量探究綠色創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效影響的作用機(jī)理。通過(guò)探究綠色創(chuàng)新如何影響企業(yè)獲取知識(shí)資源和財(cái)務(wù)資源,揭示其對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效的內(nèi)在影響機(jī)制和傳導(dǎo)過(guò)程;三是引入組織學(xué)習(xí)作為調(diào)節(jié)變量探究綠色創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)獲取資源的作用過(guò)程,其中組織學(xué)習(xí)在企業(yè)通過(guò)綠色創(chuàng)新獲取知識(shí)資源的過(guò)程中起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Since the industrial revolution, the environmental problems brought by rapid economic development has become increasingly prominent. Resources and environment problems have seriously restricted the development of social economy. The international community has been aware of the need to change the current mode of economic development, put forward by carrying out green innovation to achieve sustainable economic development and the environment. At the present stage is to accelerate the transformation of China the mode of economic development to go green, low-carbon and sustainable development. In this context, the development of coal enterprises facing climate change, economic transformation and upgrading, resources are depleted, overcapacity and other multiple challenges, green innovation is the fundamental way to achieve the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises. However, the current academic circles and business circles for "whether the enterprise is worth green, green innovation in the end can bring economic performance for the enterprise, if green innovation can bring economic performance for the enterprise. What green innovation to achieve the mechanism and path of economic performance. "What is this a series of problems are still controversial, the existing theoretical research to provide a powerful management tool and theoretical guidance for coal enterprises to carry out green innovation activities. This paper made a systemic theoretical analysis and empirical research on these issues, to further explore the influence mechanism of green innovation of coal enterprise. Firstly, based on in-depth study of the relevant literature, the definition of" green innovation "," resource "," economic performance "," organizational learning "concept, and this involves the development of variables of the corresponding scale. Then, combined with the resource based view, green innovation theory etc. from the perspective of expansion of green innovation, environmental performance on the Potter hypothesis, the relationship between the economic performance of the three, and further puts forward the green innovation of coal enterprises, access to resources and the Economic performance concept model and research hypothesis of evolutionary relationship; finally, through empirical analysis, using questionnaire survey method to collect data, using SPSS 20 statistical software for data analysis, to verify the research hypotheses, research conclusion. The innovation of this paper has three main points: one is to discuss the direct relationship between green innovation and economic performance of enterprise the previous research. This agreement has not yet been the answer, based on empirical analysis of Shanxi coal enterprises of coal mining enterprises to carry out green innovation helps enterprises achieve economic performance, the environmental performance plays a partial mediating role of green innovation and economic performance; two is the mechanism as a mediator to explore the impact of green innovation on the economic performance of enterprises in order to acquire resources. Through the research of green innovation how to influence the enterprises to acquire knowledge resources and financial resources, to reveal the economic performance of enterprises in the In the process of influencing mechanism and conduction process, three is to introduce organizational learning as a moderator to explore the role of green innovation in resource acquisition process, and organizational learning plays a positive role in the process of acquiring knowledge resources through green innovation.
