帶式輸送機斷帶抓捕裝置設(shè)計及其動態(tài)性能研究

【摘要】:帶式輸送機是目前運輸行業(yè)最主要的應用工具之一,由于其具有運量大、結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡單、需要的投入費用比較小以及維護較方便等優(yōu)點,被廣泛的應用于煤礦、碼頭以及港口等行業(yè)。近年來,隨著帶式輸送機的生產(chǎn)效率逐漸提高,其上運送物料增多,輸送機運行時間過長,輸送帶長期處于受高負載的狀態(tài),使得輸送帶發(fā)生斷帶的情況發(fā)生頻率逐漸增大,發(fā)生事故會帶來嚴重的人員的傷亡以及巨大的經(jīng)濟損失。因此,除了需要加大對帶式輸送機的安全性的重視外,還要設(shè)計一個配套的斷帶抓捕器來進行斷帶之后的保護。本文根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的帶式輸送機的工作狀況,分析了以往的斷帶抓捕器的設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,針對對輸送安全提出的保護要求,設(shè)計了一種新型的斷帶抓捕器。根據(jù)斷帶抓捕器的工作原理,設(shè)計其每一個部件的結(jié)構(gòu),通過其相互之間的配合關(guān)系,行程一整套的抓捕裝置,并根據(jù)設(shè)計出來的結(jié)構(gòu)完成三維模型的建立。分析整個斷帶抓捕器在工作時的受力狀態(tài),找出其中承受載荷比較大的重要的零件,通過ANSYS軟件進行受力分析以及優(yōu)化,檢測該零件是否在安全范圍之內(nèi),并在保證其安全的基礎(chǔ)上進行優(yōu)化,獲得合理的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。研究斷帶抓捕器的動態(tài)抓捕特性,通過分析處于靜止和動態(tài)時斷帶抓捕器的受力狀況,推導出在發(fā)生斷帶事故后斷帶抓捕器從平衡位置到達抓捕位置所需要的時間與其受到的影響因素。通過ADAMS軟件進行輸送帶的仿真模擬,根據(jù)輸送帶的粘彈特性建立模型,并依據(jù)其實際工作時的狀態(tài)對輸送帶模型進行施加載荷和約束,通過仿真計算得出其運動狀態(tài)與實際工作狀態(tài)進行對比。在已建立的輸送帶的模型上導入斷帶抓捕器的模型,定義其相互之間的接觸關(guān)系等,通過軟件的控制與計算,可以對帶式輸送機的斷帶過程以及斷帶抓捕器的動作抓捕過程進行仿真,并與理論情況相比較,驗證了仿真的合理性。考慮到輸送帶的粘彈特性的存在,建立一種基于伏格特模型的輸送帶的動態(tài)模型,研究輸送帶在被抓捕后的振動狀態(tài)。依據(jù)輸送帶的每一個模型單元的受力狀態(tài),將輸送帶被抓捕時的狀態(tài)作為初始條件,求解出輸送帶的振動微分方程,得出其達到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)的時間。
