一種高精度地震數(shù)據(jù)采集單元的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,礦產(chǎn)資源的勘探迫在眉睫.金屬礦地表地質(zhì)和地下地質(zhì)的特殊性,勘探具有勘探深度大、分辨率高等特點(diǎn),常規(guī)地震勘探技術(shù)不適用于金屬礦勘探.因此,必須研制輕便、低成本的高精度地震儀器.而地震數(shù)據(jù)的采集是地震勘探的重要技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié),采集單元的技術(shù)指標(biāo)對(duì)野外采集的質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要,而數(shù)據(jù)采集單元的指標(biāo)高低,絕大部分取決于模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換單元的選取,因此,本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換單元進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),采用高精度的24位Σ-Δ型ADC進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的采集,在分辨率和動(dòng)態(tài)范圍上都有了突破,然后采用基于CPLD的數(shù)字邏輯設(shè)計(jì)方式對(duì)地震數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,在硬件方面成功的降低了該采集站電路設(shè)計(jì)的硬件規(guī)模,降低了成本和功耗,然后通過RS-485的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方式進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程傳輸,從而將采集數(shù)據(jù)傳送到PC主機(jī).與此同時(shí),在硬件方面,也對(duì)整個(gè)電路的規(guī)模進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真,驗(yàn)證了邏輯功能的正確性,增強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)的可靠性.
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, the exploration of mineral resources is imminent. Because of the particularity of surface geology and underground geology, the exploration has the characteristics of large exploration depth and high resolution. Conventional seismic exploration technology is not suitable for metal ore exploration. Therefore, it is necessary to develop portable, low-cost and high-precision seismograph, and seismic data acquisition is an important technical link in seismic exploration. The technical index of the acquisition unit is very important to the quality of the field acquisition, and the level of the data acquisition unit mostly depends on the selection of the analog-to-digital conversion unit. Therefore, this paper focuses on the design of the analog-to-digital conversion unit. High-precision 24-bit 危-螖 ADC is used for data acquisition, which has a breakthrough in resolution and dynamic range. Then the seismic data are processed by digital logic design method based on CPLD. In the aspect of hardware, the hardware scale of the circuit design of the acquisition station is reduced, and the cost and power consumption are reduced. Then the data is transmitted remotely through RS-485, and then the data is transmitted to the PC host computer. In the aspect of hardware, the scale of the whole circuit is optimized, and the simulation is carried out, which verifies the correctness of the logic function and enhances the reliability of the system.
