【摘要】：針對(duì)吉林臨江的低品位硅藻土,系統(tǒng)考察了其表面改性的條件,并研究了改性硅藻土在氟橡膠中的應(yīng)用。結(jié)果表明,所稱低品位硅藻土適宜的改性劑為WD-60,其用量、改性時(shí)間和改性溫度分別為質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0.9%(以氟橡膠計(jì))、30 min和120℃;利用改性的硅藻土填充氟橡膠,在170℃下硫化20 min后,所制備硅藻土/氟橡膠復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度和扯斷伸長率分別達(dá)到12.3 MPa和366%。低品位硅藻土在氟橡膠領(lǐng)域具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
