【摘要】：在采煤過程中會產生大量的煤矸石,建立井底選矸車間,將矸石進行井下充填,可以有效的解決無效運輸以及地面洗選造成的資源浪費和環(huán)境污染的問題。本文對常村煤礦井底選矸車間進行的通風系統(tǒng)方案研究,有效地保證了選矸車間的穩(wěn)定可靠運行。本文分析了常村煤礦現有的通風系統(tǒng)狀況,針對常村煤礦井底選矸車間進行了通風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化。運用FLUENT模擬井底選矸車間空氣流態(tài),通過流場模擬觀察選矸車間風量是否充足,以防止微風、渦流現象發(fā)生。同時,依據常村煤礦的通風系統(tǒng)特征,擬定通風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案,利用通風管理信息系統(tǒng)軟件對其進行模擬仿真,對仿真的結果進行分析,分析通風系統(tǒng)具體的風量分配、壓力分布情況,進行回風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)選,確保選矸車間有足夠的風量,能夠安全運行。論文系統(tǒng)闡述了礦井通風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設計與研究,根據礦井通風系統(tǒng)設計原則和實際需要,經過認真分析研究,擬定滿足實際生產需要的可行性方案。本文從理論與實踐相結合實現了對選矸車間的通風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化,該研究對實際生產需要具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of coal mining, a large number of coal gangue will be produced, and a gangue workshop will be set up at the bottom of the well to fill the coal gangue downhole. It can effectively solve the problems of waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by invalid transportation and surface washing. This paper studies the ventilation system scheme of coal mine bottom gangue sorting workshop in Changcun. This paper analyzes the existing ventilation system of Changcun Coal Mine, optimizes the ventilation system for the bottom coal mine gangue sorting workshop, and uses FLUENT to simulate the air flow in the bottom coal mine. In order to prevent the phenomenon of wind breeze and eddy current from occurring, the flow field simulation is used to observe whether the air volume of gangue sorting workshop is sufficient. At the same time, according to the characteristics of ventilation system of Changcun Coal Mine, the optimization scheme of ventilation system is drawn up. It is simulated by the ventilation management information system software, and the results of the simulation are analyzed. The specific distribution of air volume and pressure distribution of the ventilation system are analyzed, and the optimal selection of the return air system is carried out to ensure that there is sufficient air volume in the gangue selecting workshop. This paper systematically expounds the optimization design and research of mine ventilation system, according to the design principle and actual need of mine ventilation system, after careful analysis and research, In this paper, the optimization of ventilation system in gangue shop is realized by combining theory with practice, which is of great significance to practical production needs.
