泉店煤礦高應(yīng)力條件下軟巖巷道二次支護(hù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來煤礦軟巖巷道圍巖控制問題已逐漸成為影響煤礦高產(chǎn)高效的重大技術(shù)難題之一。在礦井開采深度逐漸加大的背景下,軟巖礦井和軟巖巷道所占比例已明顯呈逐年上升的趨勢(shì)。現(xiàn)有的統(tǒng)計(jì)資料可以表明,在高應(yīng)力條件下的軟巖巷道變性破壞的主要原因是巷道的支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)性失穩(wěn)。因此,如何提高支護(hù)承載結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定性及其承載能力,是解決高應(yīng)力條件下軟巖巷道支護(hù)難題的關(guān)鍵。論文以河南省神火集團(tuán)泉店煤礦為依托,結(jié)合該礦-540m東翼軌道大巷和皮帶大巷處于軟巖之中,斷層構(gòu)造帶多,地應(yīng)力高等顯著工程實(shí)際特點(diǎn),解決了如何在斷層構(gòu)造帶受到采動(dòng)影響的高應(yīng)力條件下的軟巖巷道實(shí)現(xiàn)高強(qiáng)穩(wěn)定型支護(hù),合理有效控制巷道圍巖變形破壞的主要技術(shù)難題。論文通過地應(yīng)力和煤巖體物理力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)泉店煤礦-540m東翼巷道的地應(yīng)力狀況和圍巖穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),通過理論分析、經(jīng)驗(yàn)類比以及數(shù)值模擬得出了泉店煤礦軟巖巷道變形破壞的突破口和整個(gè)支護(hù)體系的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了小孔徑預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索結(jié)構(gòu)補(bǔ)償?shù)亩沃ёo(hù)方案。通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析,驗(yàn)證了支護(hù)方案的優(yōu)越性,成功解決了泉店煤礦高應(yīng)力條件下破碎軟巖巷道的支護(hù)難題,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果,同時(shí)亦可為同類型的軟巖巷道支護(hù)提供參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the control of surrounding rock in soft rock roadway has gradually become one of the major technical problems affecting the high yield and high efficiency of coal mine. The proportion of soft rock mine and soft rock roadway has obviously been increasing year by year. The available statistical data can show that the main reason of soft rock roadway denaturation failure under high stress condition is the structural instability of roadway support. How to improve the overall stability and bearing capacity of supporting bearing structure is the key to solve the problem of soft rock roadway support under high stress conditions. Combined with the practical characteristics of the mine, which is located in soft rock with a large number of fault structural zones and high and significant geostress engineering, the track roadway and belt roadway of the eastern wing of the mine -540 m are in the middle of soft rock. How to realize high strength and stable support in soft rock roadway under the condition of high stress affected by mining in fault structural zone is solved. This paper evaluates the ground stress condition and the stability of surrounding rock in Quandian Coal Mine by means of in-situ stress and physical and mechanical experiments of coal and rock mass. The empirical analogy and numerical simulation show the breakthrough of soft rock roadway deformation and destruction in Quandian Coal Mine and the weak link of the whole support system. On this basis, the secondary support scheme of small aperture prestressed anchor cable structure compensation is put forward, and the superiority of the support scheme is verified by field test and economic benefit analysis. The support problem of broken soft rock roadway under the condition of high stress in Quandian coal mine has been solved successfully, and the expected effect has been achieved. At the same time, it can also provide reference value for the same type of soft rock roadway support.
